Claims (1)

Strebsteuerung für den Strebausbau mit einer Vielzahl von hydraulisch betätigten Ausbauten (Schilden), die jeweils über ihre Schildsteuerung im Sinne des Raubens, Schreitens und Setzens in Abhängigkeit von der Position der Abbaumaschine (Schräm- oder Hobelmaschine) automatisch umgesetzt werden, wozu die Position der Abbaumaschine automatisch an die Schildsteuerung gemeldet wird.
Kennzeichen:
Die Abbaumaschine ist mit einem Positionsmelder ausgestattet.
Der Positionsmelder besteht aus:
  • 1. einem drehbaren Meßrad (28) mit elektromagnetisch erfaßbaren Umfangsmarkierungen, das die Abbaustrecke abfährt, wie z. B. einem Ritzel
  • 2. zwei induktiven Impulsgebern (Doppel-Impulsgeber 35) durch welche(n) die elektromagnetisch erfaßbaren Umfangsmarkierungen abgetastet werden;
  • 3. einem Mikroprozessor (31), dem die Signale des Doppel-Impulsgebers aufgegeben werden und der die Signale in Positions- und/oder Bewegungsrichtungssignale umsetzt;
  • 4. einem Funkgerät (32) zur Sendung der Positions- und/oder Bewegungsrichtungssignale
ein oder mehrere Funkempfänger (33), die auf der Streblänge verteilt und mit der Schildsteuerung (34) zur Umsetzung der Positions- und/oder Bewegungsrichtungssignale in Signale zum Umsetzen der Schilde (Ausbaueinrichtungen 1-18) verbunden sind.
