Claims (4)

1. Übungsgerät mit:
  • 1. einem feststehenden Abschnitt (2) mit wenigstens einem sich kreisförmig oder hin- und herbewegenden Übungsmechanismus (21) und einem ersten Befestigungsrohr­ träger (22), wobei der erste Befestigungsrohrträger (22) an einer Unterseite des fest­ stehenden Abschnitts (2) angeordnet ist und eine weitgehend gerade Aufnahme­ kammer (221) und eine Öffnung (222) aufweist; und
  • 2. einem herausziehbaren Abschnitt (3) mit einem zweiten Befestigungsrohrträger (31) mit einem weitgehend geraden Einschubstangenabschnitt (311), wobei ein Außen­ umfang des Einschubstangenabschnitts (311) geringfügig kleiner ist als ein Innen­ umfang der Aufnahmekammer (221), so dass der Einschubstangenabschnitt (311) in die Aufnahmekammer des ersten Befestigungsrohrträgers (22) gerade noch einführ­ bar ist;
    wobei ein oder mehrere Führungsräder (11, 12, 13) oder gekrümmte Führungsblöcke (5) an oder nahe einem Einschubende des Einschubstangenabschnitts (311) ange­ ordnet sind und ein Außenumfang des Führungsrades (11) oder Führungsblocks (5) in Kontakt mit einer oder mehreren Innenwänden der Aufnahmekammer (221) zur Vermeidung eines direkten Kontakts zwischen dem Einschubstangenabschnitt (311) und der Innenwand der Aufnahmekammer (221) angeordnet ist.
1. Exercise device with:

2. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, wobei:

  • 2. der erste und zweite Befestigungsrohrträger (22, 31) weitgehend horizontal ange­ ordnet ist, wobei an einem äußeren Ende des ersten Befestigungsrohrträgers (22) ein erster Stützquerträger (24) angeordnet ist und zwei Enden des ersten Stützquerträ­ gers (24) jeweils mit einer Rolle (241) versehen sind, an einem äußeren Ende des zweiten Befestigungsrohrträgers (31) ein zweiter Stützquerträger (34) angeordnet ist und zwei Enden des zweiten Stützquerträgers (34) jeweils mit einer Rolle (341) ver­ sehen sind und die ersten und zweiten Befestigungsrohrträger (22, 31) mit einem Abstand S vom Boden angeordnet sind, so dass der herausziehbare Abschnitt (3) horizontal gleichmäßig nach innen gerichtet schiebbar ist oder nach außen gerichtet herausziehbar ist.
