Claims (13)

1. Rückenlehne (4) für einen Fahrzeugsitz mit einer inte­ grierten Schutzeinrichtung (6) gegen unfallbedingte Verletzungen, insbesondere gegen Halswirbelsyndrom bzw. Schleudertrauma im Falle eines Heckaufpralls, wobei die Schutzeinrichtung (6) derart plastisch deformierbar ist, daß eine Person bezüglich ihrer Relativbewegung in die Lehne (4) hinein unter Energie­ absorption abgebremst wird, dadurch gekenzeichnet, daß die Schutzeinrichtung (6) aus mehreren einzelnen Verfor­ mungselementen (10) besteht, die integriert zwischen einem starren, tragenden Lehnenrahmen (12) und einer personenseitigen Polsterung (14) derart über die Lehnenfläche verteilt angeordnet sowie bezüglich ihrer plastischen Verformungseigenschaften derart aus­ gelegt sind, daß die jeweilige Person bei einem Nieder­ geschwindigkeitsaufprall im Bereich von 10 bis 30 km/h sich im wesentlichen insgesamt gleichmäßig unter abbremsender Energieabsorption in die Lehne hinein­ bewegt. 1.
