Claims (8)

1. Kühlvorrichtung, die aufweist:
einen ersten Pulsröhrenkühler mit einem ersten Puls­ rohr (20), das einen Warmkopf mit einer ersten Temperatur (TA1) und einen Kaltkopf (24) mit einer bezüglich der er­ sten Temperatur tieferen zweiten Temperatur (TE) aufweist, und einem ersten Regenerator (40), der einen warmen Endab­ schnitt (44) und einen kalten Endabschnitt (46), welcher mit dem Kaltkopf (24) des ersten Pulsrohrs (20) verbunden ist, aufweist;
ein zu kühlendes Objekt (82), das an den Kaltkopf (24) des ersten Pulsrohrs (20) thermisch gekoppelt ist; und
eine Verbindungseinrichtung (62) zum Bereitstellen ei­ nes Fluidkanals zwischen dem zu kühlenden Objekt (82) und einem Bereich (60), der eine bezüglich der zweiten Tempera­ tur (TE) höhere Temperatur (TV) aufweist, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet,
daß die Verbindungseinrichtung (62) zumindest teilwei­ se in thermischem Kontakt mit dem ersten Pulsrohr (20) ver­ läuft.
1. Cooling device comprising:
a first pulse tube cooler with a first pulse tube ( 20 ) having a warm head with a first temperature (T A1 ) and a cold head ( 24 ) with a second temperature (T E ) lower than the first temperature, and a first regenerator ( 40 ) which has a warm end section ( 44 ) and a cold end section ( 46 ) which is connected to the cold head ( 24 ) of the first pulse tube ( 20 );
an object ( 82 ) to be cooled, which is thermally coupled to the cold head ( 24 ) of the first pulse tube ( 20 ); and
a connecting device ( 62 ) for providing a fluid channel between the object ( 82 ) to be cooled and an area ( 60 ) which has a higher temperature (T V ) than the second temperature (T E ), characterized in that
that the connecting device ( 62 ) runs at least partially in thermal contact with the first pulse tube ( 20 ).
2. Kühleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeich­ net, daß die Verbindungseinrichtung (62) zumindest teilwei­ se entlang des ersten Pulsrohrs (20) vom Warmkopf zum Kalt­ kopf (24) verläuft.2.
