Die Neuerung betrifft ein mechanisch betätigbares Entleerungsventil, insbesondere für Eisenbahnkesselwagen zum Transport flüssiger oder gasförmiger Stoffe, wobei die mittels eines Handrades verstellbare Ventilspindel gegen das Durchflußmedium von einem unlösbar verbundenen Faltenbalg umgeben ist.The innovation concerns a mechanically operated drain valve, particularly for railway tank wagons for the transport of liquid or gaseous substances, whereby the valve spindle, which can be adjusted by means of a handwheel, is surrounded by a permanently connected bellows against the flow medium.
Bei den bekannten Entleerungsventilen der eingangs genannten Art erfolgt die lösbare Verbindung des den Faltenbalg tragenden Ventiltellers mit der Ventilspindel nur mittels spezieller Montagewerkzeuge oder Montagevorrichtungen. Zur Montage des Ventiltellers 1 und dem mit diesem unlösbar verbundenen Faltenbalg 2 an die gegenüber dem Ventilgehäuse 3 geneigt geführte Ventilspindel 4 wird die Ventilspindel 4 von der Faltenbalgseite her in den Ventilteller 1 eingeführt und entsprechend vorgeschoben, daß das Einlegen des geteilten Ringes 5 in die umlaufende Nut 6 der Ventilspindel 4 möglich ist. Die Ventilspindel 4 wird nun unter manueller Fixierung des Ringes 5 zurückgenommen, bis daß der Ring 5 in seiner Einbauöffnung 7 im Ventilteller 1 liegt. Durch das Einschrauben des als Formstück ausgebildeten Ventilunterteils 8 wird der Ring 5 in seiner Einbaulage gehalten, so "daß" eine formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Ventilteller 1 und Ventilspindel 4 hergestellt ist.
