Description

werden und durch Verbindungsmittel miteinander verbunden sein können. Der Kopf der
Pedikelschraube ist entweder ringförmig oder gabelförmig. Bei gabelförmigen Köpfen sind
entweder im inneren oder Äußerem oder beiderseits Gewindeabschnitte vorgesehen in die dann
mittels einer Ring oder Stiftschraube eine zuvor eingelegter Stab oder Gewindestange oder

Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Fixierelement, das z.B. der geschlitzte Kopf einer Pedikelschraube sein kann oder ein Abschnitt eines Lamina- oder Pedikelhakens, sind Innengewindeabschnitte derart ausgestaltet, daß die tragende Flanke der Gewindeabschnitte einen negativen Flankenwinkel besitzen, im folgenden als Kompressionsgewinde bezeichnet, da bei der Ausübung einer entsprechenden Presskraft auf den Distraktionsstab oder dergleichen die Schenkel des gabelförmigen Teiles zusammengezogen werden. Entsprechend ist das Außengewinde der Schraube komplementär mit einem Kompressionsgewinde versehen. Die tragende Flanke des Kompressionsggewindes des Fixierelementes ist der Öffnung des gabelförmigen Abschnittes zugewandt. Eine derartige Ausbildung des Gewindes verursacht nicht nur eine wesentliche Zugkraft an den Schenkelabschnitten des gabelförmigen Abschnittes, wenn die Schraube gegen das festzulegende Halteelement angepreßt wird, sondern verursacht gleichzeitig eine deutliche Kompressionskraft, die die Zinken oder Schenkel des gabelförmigen Teils gegen die Innenschraube ziehen und somit ein Spreizen und vor allem ein Torquieren derselben verhindert wird.In the fixing element according to the invention, which can be, for example, the slotted head of a pedicle screw or a section of a lamina or pedicle hook, internal thread sections are designed in such a way that the supporting flank of the thread sections has a negative flank angle, hereinafter referred to as a compression thread, since when a corresponding pressing force is exerted on the distraction rod or the like, the legs of the fork-shaped part are pulled together.
