Bescbreibung Wärmedämmung und Isoliermaterial für Saunaanlagen Konstruktive Merkmale
Zunächst wird ein Holzrahmen aus Vierkantholz mit einer Aufteilung in 4 Felder angefertigt. Die Rahmenstärke ist von 40 mm bis 120 mm möglich. Entsprechend der Rahmenstärke wird die Stärke der Baumwollmatte ausgewählt, welche als Wärmedämmung dient.
Der Holzrahmen wird zunächst einseitig mit Schalung aus Profilholzbrettern versehen. Danach wird der Rahmen umgedreht und in die so entstandenen Felder wird dann die Baumwollmatte eingelegt und an den vier Ecken mit Stahlklammern befestigt.
Danach wird die zweite Seite der Holzrahmen mit Profilbrettern geschalt, so das die Baumwolle zwischen der Schalung abgeschlossen ist. Damit ist das Saunawand - oder Deckenelement fertiggestellt.
Die so gefertigten Saunaelemente werden je nach den gewünschten Außenmaßen der Saunakabine aneinandergefügt.
Aufgrund dieser Konstruktionsart und der besonderen Herstellungsart der Baumwollmatten und der Verarbeitung in den Saunawänden und Decken wie unter a. und b. , ist ein zusammensinken des Dämmstoffes und der damit einhergehende Verlust der Dämmung ausgeschlossen
Saunaanalagen üblicher Bauart werden überwiegend mit Mineralwolle, Glaswolle o. ä. Wärmegedämmt. Diese Dämmarten sind nicht biologisch .
Zudem verlieren diese Dämmstoffe bei eintretender Feuchtigkeit durch das dann auftretende Zusammensinken ihre Dämmeigenschaften.
Diese Probleme werden durch die Verwendung von Baumwolle als Wärmedämmung und Isoliermaterial für Saunaanlagen gelöst.
Mit der Erfindung wird erreicht, daß die Saunaanlagen zu 100 % biologisch hergestellt werden können .
Eintretende Feuchtigkeit fuhrt, durch die physikalischen Eigenschaften der Baumwolle (rückstandsloses Austrocknen ohne zusammensinken ), zu keinem Verlust der Dämmeigenschaften.
Gleichzeitig wird durch die Verwendung der Baumwolle ein gesundes Saunaklirna erreicht.

In vorgefertigte Holzrahmen wird nach der Schalung einer Seite mit Profilbrettern (Leimen, Klammern und Dübeln an den Rahmenstreben) die Baumwollmatte in die so entstandenen Felder eingelegt. Dann wird die zweite Schalung aufgebracht und die Baumwolle zwischen den Schalungen damit abgeschlossen. Durch den Maßunterschied zwischen der Dicke der Baumwollmatte und dem lichten Maß des Rahmens von ca . 3 mm erfolgt ein Einklemmen der BaumwoUmatte so , das ein zusammensacken der BaumwoUmatte sowohl durch das Einklemmen, als auch durch das Befestigen der einseitigen Gewebekaschierung der Baumwolle an den Rahmenhölzern verhindert wird. Bei Saunas im Innenbereich wird die Baumwolldämmung ohne Dampfsperre in den Wand-und Deckenelementen verarbeitet, (siehe Bezugszeichenliste)

Bei Saunas im Außenbereich wird eine Dampfsperre zwischen Sauna-Innenschalung und Baumwolle angebracht um evtl. auftretenden Taupunkt (Tauwasser) zu begegnen. ( siehe Bezugszeichenliste )
Alle Anwendungen erfolgen unter Verwendung von Baumwollisoliermatten (ISOCOTTON DMB-20 )
( hierzu ANLAGE A 1 die bauaufsichtliche Zulassung Nr. Z-23.11-251 )

Claims (1)

  1. Anlage zum Antrag auf Gebrauchsmusterschutz Seite - 1 -
    Schutzansprüche
    Wärmedämmung und Isotiermaterial für Saunaanlagen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß für die Wärmedämmung von Wänden , Decken und Böden von Saunaanlagen ausschließlich Baumwolle verwendet wird..
    a. Zwischen zwei Profilbrett-Schalungen auf Rahmenholz wird die Baumwolldämmung passgerecht zugeschnitten, an den Ecken mit den Rahmen durch Klammern verbunden, eingebaut.
    b. Bedingt durch die Maßdifferenz zwischen den Holzschalungen und den Baumwollmatten (ca. 3 mm) erfolgt ein leichtes einklemmen der Baumwollmatte zwischen der Profilholzschalung.
