Claims (2)

1. Einrichtung zur Förderung kryogener Flüssigkeiten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Membranpumpe (1) über eine Schlauchleitung (2) mit einem in die kryogene Flüssigkeit eintauchenden Pumpenkörper (3) verbunden ist und daß der Pumpenkörper (3) eine durch­ gängige Bohrung (7) mit zwei Hohlräumen (8 und 9) besitzt, in denen sich jeweils eine Ku­ gel (10 bzw. 11), deren Durchmesser größer als die Bohrung (8) ist, frei beweglich befindet und daß der eine Hohlraum (9) einen Anschluß (13) zur Membranpumpe (1) und eine An­ saugöffnung (12) und der andere Hohlraum (8) druckseitig einen Anschluß (14) zur Schlauchleitung (5) für die zu fördernde Flüssigkeit besitzt.1.
