Claims (5)

1. Passiver Temperaturfühler auf PTC-Basis, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei PTC-Bauelemente (2a, 2b, 2c; 4a, 4b, 4c) so parallel geschaltet sind, daß die sich ergebende Widerstands/Temperatur-Kennlinie über einem definierten Temperaturbereich entweder einen monoton steigenden Wi­ derstandsverlauf oder ein ausgeprägtes Minimum im Wider­ standsverlauf hat.
2. Passiver Temperaturfühler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die PTC-Bauelemente (2a, 2b, 2c; 4a, 4b, 4c) in einem Gehäuse (1) gesintert sind.
3. Passiver Temperaturfühler nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die PTC-Bauelemente (4a, 4b, 4c) durch Keramikschich­ ten (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) voneinander isoliert sind.
4. Passiver Temperaturfühler nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Keramikschichten (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) aus Bariumtita­ nat bestehen.
5. Passiver Temperaturfühler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß PTC-Schichten (4a, 4b, 4c) auf ein Substrat (7) auf­ gebracht sind.
