Es sind Kunstharze bekannt, die nach Zugabe eines Härters vom flüssigen Zustand in den festen Zustand überwechseln. Bedingung für den Erhalt der optimalen Eigenschaften des Kunstharzes ist die Einhaltung eines genauen Mischungsverhältnisses von Kunstharz und Härter. Nach Mischung bleibt das Material nur eine verhältnismäßig kurze Zeit verarbeitungsfähig. Daher ist es erforderlich, eine derartige, z.B. als Kleber oder Kittmasse zu verwendende Kunstharzmischung kurz vor der Verarbeitung ihrer handelsüblichen Verpackung zu entnehmen und in einem Mischgefäß im erforderlichen Verhältnis zusammenzumischen. Für Zweikomponentenkleber sind auch Tuben bekannt, die zwei nebeneinanderliegende Austrittstüllen für Kleber und Härter aufweisen und so das Mischen der beiden Komponenten bei der Verarbeitung des Materials erleichtern.There are synthetic resins that change from a liquid state to a solid state after a hardener is added. Mit der Erfindung wird eine Anordnung zum Mischen von Zweikomponentenklebern odgl. vorgeschlagen, bei der zwei Behälter für die beiden Komponenten vorgesehen sind, von denen mindestens einer nur teilweise gefüllt ist. Ferner ist ein Adapter vorgesehen, der anstelle der Behälterverschlüsse beide Behälter zur Mischung der Komponenten verbindet. Hierzu kann beispielsweise einer der Behälter aus einer Tube mit Schraubverschluß bestehen und derart bemessen sein, daß er das Gemisch aus beiden Komponenten aufzunhmen vermag. Der mit dem erstgenannten Behälter über den Adapter verbundene zweite Behälter, der z.B. den Härter enthält, läßt sich nun völlig in die als ersten Behälter dienende Tube entleeren, und das sich dort bildende Gemisch kann durch Druck auf die Tube zumindest teilweise in den Behälter des Härters zurückgeführt werden. Am Ende des Mischvorganges befindet sich Zweikomponentenmaterial wieder in dem größer.en Behälter, also beispielsweise der Tube, wo es zur Verarbeitung entnommen werden kann. Nach der Verarbeitung bleiben also nur die beiden Behälter und der Adapter übrig. Alle diese Überreste sind lediglich mit Resten von ausgehärtetem Material verschmutzt und können problemlos als Restmüll entsorgt werden.The invention proposes an arrangement for mixing two-component adhesives or the like, in which two containers are provided for the two components, at least one of which is only partially filled. In Fig.l ist ein mit zwei Innengewinden versehener Adapter mit 1 bezeichnet, der die Schraubverschlüsse der Kunststofflasche und der Tube 3 zu verbinden gestattet. Das Volumen der Tube 3 ist so bemessen, daß neben dem darin enthaltenen Kunstharzmaterial auch der aus dem Behälter 2 zugeführte Härter Platz findet. Der Behälter 2 kann beispielsweise aus einer Kunststofflasche bestehen. Zweckmäßig können die Verschraubungen 4 des Behälters 2 und 5 des Behälters 3 an ihren jeweiligen öffnungen mit Membranen versehen sein, auf die gegebenenfalls noch eine nicht dargestellte Kappe aufgeschraubt sein kann. Nach öffnen der Behälter 2 und 3, gegebenenfalls nach Durchstoßen der genannten MembranverSchlüsse bzw. Abschrauben der erwähnten Verschlußkappen, werden diese mit ihren Gewinden 4 und 5 mit dem Adapter 1 verschraubt und durch mehrmaligen Druck auf die Tube 3 läßt sich das vermischte Zweikomponentenkunstharz zwischen den Behältern 2 und 3 zur weiteren Mischung hin- und herbewegen.
