Das Patent betrifft eine Rücken- und Schulter-Trainingsvonichtung zur Lösung von schmerzhaften Blockierungen im Wirbelsäulenbereich.The patent relates to a back and shoulder training device for resolving painful blockages in the spine area.
Bei Rückenschmerzen durch Verspannung ist gegenüber der passiven Therapie ( Massagen, Packungen, Tabletten, Spritzen etc.) die aktive ( Gymnastik) vorzuziehen.In the case of back pain caused by tension, active therapy (gymnastics) is preferable to passive therapy (massages, packs, tablets, injections, etc.).
Rückenschulen werden oft aus Zeitmangel oder Bequemlichkeit nicht regelmäßig aufgesucht. Für Übungen in den eigenen vier Wänden benötigen die bekannten Trainingsvorrichtungen meist viel Platz, oft umständliche Vorbereitungen ( Umkleidung, Geräte-Einstellung etc.) und sind für den Großteil der Schmerzleidenden finanziell nicht erschwinglich.Back schools are often not attended regularly due to a lack of time or inconvenience. Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Rücken- und Schulter-Trainings-Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6 gelöst.This object is achieved by a back and shoulder training device according to claims 1 to 6.
Auf einer annähernd rechteckigen, steifen, vorne gepolsterten Rückenplatte aus geeignetem Material (z.B. Kunststoff mit Schaumstoff-Auflage ), welche durch verstellbare Schulterträger und einen waagrechten, verstellbaren Lendengurt am Oberkörper festgeschnallt wird , befindet sich auf der Rückseite, im oberen Brustwirbelsäulen-Bereich ein Kugelgelenk, durch welches eine ca. 80 cm lange Stange quer verläuft. Der waagrechte Lendengurt unterstützt durch die Korsettwirkung die Bauchdeckenmuskulatur, was die Wirbelsäule streckt und somit entlastet. Die kreisenden Bewegungen werden entlang der „ eingepanzerten" Wirbelsäule fortgeleitet und bewirken eine Lösung von schmerzhaften Blockierungen im Wirbelsäulenbereich.
