Überraschend ist, daß diese beiden schon seit Jahren bekannten und unabhängig voneinander verwendeten Einrichtungen, nämlich eine Haustelefonoder Rufanlage und ein Mobiltelefon-Detektor, ohne großen Zeit- und Kostenaufwand mechanisch und elektrisch zusammengebaut werden können. Es müssen keine Leitungen verlegt und hierzu Wände geschlitzt und später wieder gespachtelt und gestrichen werden. Ein für den Einsatz der Erfindung in einer Vollzugsanstalt besonders wichtiger Vorteil liegt darin, daß der Mobiltelefon-Detektor so in die bereits vorhandene Sprechstelle eingebaut werden kann, daß er nach seinem Einbau von außen nicht sichtbar und insbesondere auch nicht zerstör- oder abschaltbar ist. Da die Gehäuse der Sprechstellen so gebaut sind, daß sie selbst durch Vandalismus nicht zerstört werden können, bleibt der erfindungsgemäß eingebaute Mobiltelefondetektor immer betriebsbereit und läßt sich auch bei Böswilligkeit und Vorsatz nicht abschalten.The invention solves the problem of determining the exact location of a mobile phone in use in a facility that already has a house telephone or call system using surprisingly simple means. Im einzelnen sieht die Erfindung vor, daß die Empfindlichkeit des Mobiltelefon-Detektors so eingestellt ist, daß er nur ein in dem Raum, in dem sich die Sprechstelle befindet, in Betrieb befindliches Mobiltelefon detektiert. Dabei wird, wie bereits angedeutet, der Mobiltelefon-Detektor in einen freien Raum des Gehäuses eingesetzt, dort mechanisch befestigt und elektrisch mit den dort befindlichen Anschlüssen verschaltet. Der Mobiltelefon-Detektor wird mit seinem Signalausgang an eine (die) Signalleitung(en) der Haustelefon- und Rufanlage angeschlossen. Wie bereits ausgeführt wurde, wird der Mobiltelefon-Detektor mit seinen Betriebsspannunganschlüssen an die Betriebsspannungsanschlüsse der Haustelefon- und Rufanlage angeschlossen. In einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform werden die die die Signale des Mobiltelefon-Detektors führenden Signalleitungen zu einer Wachstation geführt und dort an optische und akustische Anzeigen angeschlossen. Mehrere Wachstationen können an eine Zentralwachstation angeschlossen sein. Der in das Gehäuse der Sprechstelle eingebaute Mobiltelefon-Detektor erkennt die bei Betrieb des Mobiltelefons entstehende Feldstärke. Er erzeugt ein Signal. Während dies bei Normalbetrieb des Mobiltelefon-Detektors zu einer akustischen Anzeige führt, gibt der Detektor hier nur ein elektrisches Signal ab. Dieses wird der Wachstation zugeführt und löst dort eine Anzeige aus. An der Wach- und/oder der Zentralwachstation kann damit sofort festgestellt werden, wenn ein Untersuchungshäftling mit seinem Mobiltelefon telefoniert.
