An einer an diesen Vorrichtungen befindlichen Öse wird die Leine des Tieres dann befestigt.
Eine andere übliche Verfahrensweise, an der Leine geführte Tiere zu befestigen, ist die; daß die Leine, an deren Ende sich meistens ein zweiter Karabinerhaken befindet, um irgendeinen geeigneten Gegenstand herumgewickelt, angeknotet oder eingehakt wird.
Diese bekannten Befestigungsvorrichtungen und praktizierten Befestigungsmethoden lassen sich in Großstädten kaum noch anwenden. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß durch Erzeugung eines Unterdruckes ein Saugeffekt erzielt wird, der das Halten der Vorrichtung an der entsprechenden Befestigungsstelle ermöglicht. Desweiteren wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß eine Gummischeibe die luftdichte Verbindung zur Oberfläche der Befestigungsstelle herstellt, daß ein Gehäuseteil alle benötigten Teile der Vorrichtung miteinander verbindet, daß ein Hebelarm durch einen Drehstift beweglich gelagert ist, daß ein Hebestift an einem Ende über den Drehstift mit dem Hebelarm und am anderen Ende mit dem Mittelpunkt eines Verstärkungsteil verbunden ist, daß das Verstärkungsteil zur Stabilisierung der Gummischeibe vorgesehen ist und mit dieser fest verbunden ist, daß an dem Gehäuseteil eine Ösenhalterung und eine Befestigungsöse zum Befestigen der Tierleine vorgesehen ist.
Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung ist einfach herstellbar und ermöglicht ein unkompliziertes Befestigen von Tieren, insbesondere von Hunden, an allen glatten und ebenen Oberflächen und bietet dem Nutzer den Vorteil, daß er sein Tier überall mitnehmen kann, ohne zuvor zu prüfen, ob am Zielort eine Befestigungsöse, Haken o.a. installiert ist. Da die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung aus Kunststoff hergestellt werden kann, hat sie in diesem Fall ein sehr geringes Gewicht und kann somit leicht vom Nutzer mitgeführt werden. Ein weiterer Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung besteht darin, daß sie je nach Anwendungsfall, d.h. entsprechend der Zugbelastung durch das zu befestigende Tier, in unterschiedlicher Größe hergestellt werden kann, so daß z.B. die Besitzer kleinerer Hunde nur eine entsprechend kleinere Vorrichtung benötigen, die sie besonders bequem in jeder Hosen- oder Jakkentasche mitführen können.This object is achieved according to the invention in that a suction effect is achieved by generating a negative pressure, which enables the device to be held at the corresponding fastening point.
