Die Neuerung betrifft einen Verkettungsbeschlag für Arbeitstische, insbesondere Büroarbeitstische, deren Arbeitsplatte auf einem Seitenwangen aufweisenden Tischgestell angeordnet ist.The innovation concerns a linking fitting for work tables, in particular office work tables, whose worktop is arranged on a table frame with side panels.

Dabei stellt man nicht nur in sich selbst standfähige Tischeinheiten zusammen sondern auch Tischplattenelemente, die entweder gar keine Beine haben oder die nur an einer Seite mit Standelementen ausgerüstet sind. Die bislang bekannten Elemente und Seitenwangengestaltungen, um solche Verkettungen und auch Einbindungen fuß- bzw. beinloser Tischelemente vornehmen zu können, sind vielgestaltig und reichen von einfachen Auflageleisten über speziell gestaltete und ausschwenkbare Tischbeine bis zu relativ aufwendigen Verrastungsvorrichtungen, wobei letztlich, soll die Verkettung stabil sein, auf Verschraubungen nicht verzichtet werden kann.In modern workplace design in the office or administrative area, in the majority of cases people no longer work on individual tables but on table or table top combinations, whereby the individual table or table top components are linked together, i.e., are connected to one another in an immovable manner.
