Description
At the interfaces between concrete and steel that are exposed to the influence of the atmosphere, corrosion occurs on the embedded steel parts and the concrete is destroyed, which endangers the stability and reliability of the anchoring of the structure in the ground.
Steel profiles for high-rise buildings are often secured in the ground using sleeve foundations. To do this, holes of the appropriate diameter and required depth are machined into the ground and provided with a steel casing. The corresponding steel profile(s) are then fixed in these steel sleeves using concrete. In the area of influence of the atmosphere, corrosion phenomena also occur here at the interfaces between concrete and steel, both on the sleeve and the embedded structural parts. From DE-PS 3 718 169 it is known to protect a concrete foundation and steel profiles embedded in it against corrosion by means of a base placed on the concrete that is segmented radially to the steel profile and whose joints both between the individual segments and between the steel or concrete foundation and the base are filled with a moisture-proof, flexible material, whereby the filling is an age-resistant and rot-free plastic with good adhesion and bonding properties, root resistance and resistance to UV radiation and consists essentially of tar polyurethane. This segmented base placed on the foundation has only a low resistance to destructive mechanical influences. Since such structures are often built on agricultural land, they are inevitably exposed to the mechanical influence of agricultural equipment. These influences have already led to considerable damage in conventional monolithic concrete foundations. In the case of the segmented base, such mechanical impact leads to a separation of the joints and thus to the loss of the intended protection of the foundation.
.Eine derartige Trennung des gesamten Mastfußes vom Betonfundament bedingt auch denFrom DE-GM 72 20 039 it is known to provide the mast base with a sleeve made of cardboard, plastic or sheet metal, whereby the sleeve has a base and surrounds the mast base at a distance of 3 - 4 cm and in the required length in the concrete foundation. The cavity thus formed around the mast base is filled with a corrosion-protecting and dielectric material. Such a separation of the entire mast base from the concrete foundation also requires the
Loss of the direct connection between the mast and the concrete foundation and thus a reduction in the forces that can be transferred from the mast to the foundation.
The object of the invention is to protect the interfaces between structural parts and concrete in the atmospheric area from corrosion and to subsequently ensure this protection even in the case of fastenings that have already been damaged by corrosion without significantly affecting the force transmission from the structural parts to the concrete foundation.
According to the invention, the object is achieved in that a concrete foundation for fastening structural parts to the interfaces between steel and concrete in the area of influence of the atmosphere in the range of 10 - 50 cm has a completely or partially removable material surrounding the steel and the cavity created after removal of this material is filled with a permanently elastic material and that the foundation is covered completely or only in the area of the structural part with a plastic-modified concrete and is provided with a crack-bridging coating.
The invention is illustrated below using an example embodiment. The figure shows a section through a sleeve foundation.
A sleeve 1 inserted into the ground is filled with concrete and encloses a structural part 2. At the upper end of the sleeve 1 and at the same level as this, the sleeve 1 and the structural part 2 are covered with a removable body 3 made of, for example, Styrofoam and the cavity created after removing this enveloping body is filled with a permanently elastic material 4, for example tar polyurethane and the uppermost area of the foundation is completely covered with a plastic-modified concrete 5 and this is provided with a crack-covering coating 6.
