Abstract
Description
The The present invention relates to a calcareous sand thermal insulation brick according to the preamble of the claim 1.
It is a lime sand thermal insulation stone known, of course porosiertem, purely mineral silicate sand, (pumice sand) exists. Lime, water and pumice sand are made using the same manufacturing process as for usual sand-lime bricks to a sand-lime thermal insulation stone processed. This stone is characterized by a very high thermal insulation, owns, however, opposite usual Sand-lime bricks a relatively low compressive strength.
The present invention is therefore a generic sand-lime thermal insulation stone to disposal to face that opposite the known stones a much higher compressive strength at good to very good thermal insulation properties having.
It has surprisingly shown that with Compositions of the invention made sand-lime bricks not only a low thermal conductivity have what the expert expects due to the properties of the additives could, but also have a high compressive strength. Thereby open new possibilities in the building application.

Gewichtsprozente. The each for an additional component specified different Kornfraktionsbereiche from e.g. 4/8 and 8/16 mm are preferably depending on the present Requirements alternatively applied to a stone. But you can possibly also combined simultaneously in a stone be. This means that e.g. for a recipe, the grain fraction only 4/8 mm or only 8/16 mm or combined can be 4/8 and 8/16 mm. All used Percentages mean mass percentages (M .-%) or weight percentages.
