Claims (16)

1. Chirurgische Vorrichtung, umfassend:
  • A) ein erstes Instrument
  • B) ein zweites Instrument
  • C) Umhüllungsmittel zur Umhüllung der ersten und zweiten Instrumente, wobei das Umhüllungsmittel ein proximales Ende und ein distales Ende aufweist;
  • D) Bedienungsmittel, um das erste Instrument um eine im wesentlichen feste erste Länge bezüglich des distalen Endes des Umhüllungsmittels manuell auszuziehen und um das zweite Instrument unabhängig um eine veränderbare zweite Länge bezüglich des distalen Endes des Umhüllungsmittel auszuziehen; und
  • E) Spannmittel, die das erste Instrument bezüglich des distalen Endes des Umhüllungsmittels in den Rückzug bewegt.
1. A surgical device comprising:

wobei eine gewaltsame Bewegung des Schiebers und des Schienenmittels an ein Ende bezüglich des Trägers bewirkt, daß das erste Instrument sich bezüglich des distalen Endes des Umhüllungsmittels gegen das Spannmittel ausdehnt, während eine Freigabe des Schiebers und des Schienenmittels es dem Spannmittel erlaubt, den Schieber und das Schienenmittel von dem einen Ende zurückzuholen und das erste Instrument zurückzuziehen; und
