Claims (9)

1. Die NewsBox als elektronischer Nachrichtenautomat zum Empfang von Informa­ tionen und der Ausgabe auf Papier, Pappe, Folien oder ähnliches als Zeitung, Maga­ zin oder ähnliches oder auch der Ausgabe auf anderen Arten von Informationsträgern ist gekennzeichnet durch die elektrische und elektronische Kombination mit Hilfe von eigenen Programmen und Daten mit folgender Merkmalen:
  • a) Datenfernübertragungseinrichtung
  • b) Computer
  • c) Drucker
  • d) Steuerungssystem
  • e) LED-Lauflichter
  • f) Auswahltasten
  • g) Geldannahme/-ausgabeeinrichtung
  • h) Papierzuführung
  • i) Transport/Ausgabesystem
Die Komponenten sind so miteinander logisch verknüpft, daß von zentraler Stelle Daten an die NewsBox über die Datenfernübertragungseinrichtung wie Modem zur Anbindung an das Internet bzw. Telefonnetz heruntergeladen werden können, der Inhalt der LED-Lauflichter bestimmt werden kann und daß eine Fernsteuerung der Erfindung erfolgen kann. Die Informationen können an der NewsBox von potentiellen Kunden per Tastendruck dergestalt selektiert werden, daß das System die Auswahl nach Bereichen (z. B. Wirtschaft/Sport/Kultur) ermöglicht. Nach korrekter Bezahlung und der Prüfung der Geldes durch die Geldannahme/-ausgabeeinrichtung wird der Automat die jeweiligen Informationsausdrucke beziehungsweise den gewünschten Informationsträger erzeugen und über das Transport- und Ausgabesystem in den Ausgabeschacht transportieren.1.
