Der Transport von dünnen bruchempfindlichen Gütern (z.B. Glasscheiben, Marmorplatten, Fensterbänke) erfolgt zumeist in speziellen Transportgestellen oder in eigens dafür gefertigten Einwegpaletten, da die Güter aufgrund ihrer Bruchempfindlichkeit hochkant transportiert werden müssen. Tauschpaletten können kaum benutzt werden. Die bisher verfügbaren Aufsätze für Tauschpaletten basieren darauf, die hochkanten Güter von zwei Seiten zu stützen und den Aufsatz selbst mittels Halterungen an der Palette zu befestigen. Diese Konstruktionen sind entsprechend teuer, schwer und unhandlich. Zudem kann eine Beschädigung der Güter und/oder der Palette aufgrund der enormen wirkenden Hebelkräfte nicht in allen Fällen ausgeschlossen werden.The transport of thin, fragile goods (e.g. glass panes, marble slabs, window sills) is usually carried out in special transport racks or in disposable pallets made especially for this purpose, as the goods have to be transported upright due to their fragility. Mit der Erfindung wird erreicht, daß die zu transportierenden Güter hochkant auf die Auflagestreifen gestellt und von beiden Seiten an die Schenkel der Dreiecke gelehnt werden können. Aufwendiges Arretieren der Güter entfällt, denn durch die leichte Neigung der Schenkel der Dreiecke bleiben die Güter bereits ohne Arretierung stehen. Ebenso können die Güter nach und nach abgepackt werden ohne den auf der Palette verbleibenden Rest jeweils erneut gegen Umkippen sichern zu müssen. Die Auflagestreifen überbrücken die Zwischenräume zwischen den einzelnen Palettenbrettern, sodaß die dünnen Güter nicht in diese Zwischenräume rutschen können. Da die Güter auf den Auflagestreifen liegen, verbleibt zwischen den Gütern und der Palette etwas Platz, durch den Packband oder ähnliches hindurch geführt werden kann. Dadurch können die Güter noch zusätzlich gebunden werden, wenn dies für den Transport geboten erscheint. Der Palettenaufsatz wird befestigt, indem jeweils zwei Metallklammern durch die Leisten der Dreiecke (Schutzanspruch 1) oder etwa mittig durch die Auflagestreifen (Schutzanspruch 2) geschossen werden. Er wird entfernt, indem die Dreiecke in die der Leiste entgegengesetzte Richtung gedrückt (Schutzanspruch 1) oder die Auflagestreifen am äußeren Ende angehoben werden (Schutzanspruch 2). Durch die Hebelwirkung ist der zum Entfernen des Palettenaufsatzes nötige Kraftaufwand gering. Die beim Entfernen auf die Klammern wirkende Kraft ist beinahe senkrecht gerichtet, so daß der untere Teil der Klammern aus dem Palettenholz herausgelöst wird ohne Holzstücke herauszubrechen und ohne, daß Reste des Palettenaufsatzes in oder an der Tauschpalette verbleiben.The invention means that the goods to be transported can be placed upright on the support strips and leaned against the sides of the triangles from both sides. Die ca. 1 mm durchmessenden Stifte der Klammern hinterlassen nur kaum sichtbare Löcher in der Tauschpalette und beeinträchtigen nicht deren weitere Benutzung.
