Die Erfindung betrifft einen Elektrolytkondensator mit geringer Eigeninduktivität.The invention relates to an electrolytic capacitor with low self-inductance.
Es ist bekannt, daß Elektrolytkondensatoren vorteilhaft in schnellen elektronischen Steuerungen IGBT (isolated gate bipolar transistor) wegen ihrer geringen Eigeninduktivität anwendbar sind. Es ist ferner bekannt, daß die Induktivität der Elektrolytkondensator^ durch die Länge der Verbindung zwischen Deckelanschluß und Wickel bestimmt ist.It is known that electrolytic capacitors are advantageously used in fast electronic controls IGBT (isolated gate bipolar transistor) due to their low self-inductance. In dem in Figur 1 dargestellten Elektrolytkondensatorteil alter Bauart sind der in einem nicht dargestellten Aluminiumbecher enthaltene Wickel mit 1 und der Kunststoffdeckel des Bechers mit 2 bezeichnet. Darin befinden sich die durch den Deckel 2 hindurchgeführten Aluminium-Anschlußteile für Anode und Kathode 3, 3'; sie sind in den Detail-Figuren 3 und 4 perspektivisch und im Schnitt dargestellt.
