Die Erfindung betrifft eine magnetische Befestigungsvorrichtung, insbesonderem zur Befestigung einer Serviette und eines Werbeträgers o. dgl., mit einem Halter und einem Gegenhalter an einer Aufhängung, wie einer Kette, Riemchen, Band, &ogr;.dgl., wobei der Halter und der Gegenhalter mit mindestens einem Dauermagneten versehen sind.
Bekannte Serviettenhalter können nur mit Hilfe der nach Art einer Sicherheitsnadel ausgebildeten Anstecknadel an einem Bekleidungsstück befestigt werden. Andere Serviettenhalter sind als Federklammer ausgebildet und haben für die Befestigung an dem Bekleidungsstück und die Befestigung der Serviette, an den Längsenden ineinandergreifende Zahnreihen, die durch die Kraft einer Schraubendrehfeder mit ihren Spitzen in die Materialien eindringen. Beide Möglichkeiten der Serviettenbefestigung haben den Nachteil, daß die Bekleidung nachhaltig beschädigt wird und die Serviette einreißt.
Die bekannten an der Bekleidung anzubringenden Werbeträger, gleich welcher Form, können auch nur mit Hilfe der nach Art einer Sicherheitsnadel ausgebildeten Anstecknadel an einem Bekleidungsstück befestigt werden. Durch diese Möglichkeit der Befestigung wird der Bekleidungsstoff durchstochen und auch nachhaltig beschädigt.
Der Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine magnetische Befestigungsvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art vorzuschlagen, die einen sicheren Halt der Serviette gewährleistet und sich gleichzeitig in hervorragender Weise als Werbeträger verwenden läßt.The invention relates to a magnetic fastening device, in particular for fastening a napkin and an advertising medium or the like, with a holder and a counter-holder to a suspension, such as a chain, strap, band, etc., wherein the holder and the counter-holder are provided with at least one permanent magnet.

Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die magnetischen Bauteile des Halters und des Gegenhalters an jeweils unterschiedlichen bzw. entgegengesetzten Oberflächen, der die Bauteile gleichzeitig trennenden, also zwischen ihnen liegenden Lage der Serviette angeordnet sind, wobei der gelochte Halter und Gegenhalter von einem Haltering zusammengehalten werden, an dem auch eine Aufhängung befestigt ist.
