Anmelder: 2608898 (Pahling) 19.7.97 Beschreibung Extrem-Leichtbauweise für große Ventilator-Laufräder
Große Ventilator-Laufräder bestehen üblicherweise aus Alu- oder Stahlblech. Die Einzelteile werden geschweißt oder vernietet.
Anwendungen, die trägheits- oder gewichtskritisch sind und größere Durchmesser der Laufräder benötigen, geraten an die Grenze zur Undurchführbarkeit. Hier schafft die Erfindung Abhilfe.
Erfindungsgemäß wird eine Bauweise mit Sandwich-Material angegeben, die einer Prüfdrehzahl standgehalten hat und somit qualifiziert ist:
1. Bodenplatte, Schaufeln und Deckband werden separat in Formen entsprechend der Auslegung in Sandwich-Material hergestellt (z.B. CFK-Wabenmaterial-CFK).
2. Die Bodenplatte wird entsprechend der Schaufelkontur mit Nuten versehen.
3. Bodenplatte (ebene Platte oder Konus je nach Bedarf), Schaufeln und Deckband werden in einer Fixiervorrichtung miteinander verharzt; die Schaufeln werden in dabei in die Nuten gesetzt.
4. Die Stöße werden verstärkt; am einfachsten durch Kehlen mit angedicktem Harz.

Claims (2)

Anmelder: 2608898 (Pahling) 19.7.97 Schutzanspruche Extrem-Leichtbauweise für große Ventilator-Laufräder Bauweise (Konstruktion) für extrem leichte Ventilator-Laufräder, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
1. daß statt Metall Sandwich-Material eingesetzt wird (vorzugsweise CFK Aramidwabe - CFK),
2. daß die Schaufeln in Nuten in der Bodenplatte eingesetzt werden und die Stöße der Schaufeln an Bodenplatte und Deckband verstärkt werden (vorzugsweise mit einer Kehle aus angedicktem Harz.
