Der Fuchs gehört zu den nachtaktiven Wildarten.Da er bei Tageslicht seinen Bau kaum verlässt,ist seine Bejagung äußerst schwierig. Luderplätze,an denen Fleischreste abgelegt werden,um den Fuchs anzulocken, bringen nicht den Erfolg.da er auch hier erst in der Dämmerung anzutreffen ist. Der Fuchsrüde lässt sich bei Tageslicht nur mit dem Sexualgeruch der Fuchs fähe locken, weil dieser angeborene Verhaltensmuster auslöst.die den Rüden drängen,die Fähe zu suchen.Auf diese Weise lässt sich der Rüde an die für den Beschuss günstigste Stelle im Sichtbereich des Hochsitzes locken.
