Subject: Sack holder /waste distiler for standard plastic and paper sacks Description

1. A simple device for collecting rubbish using plastic and paper bags available on the market is registered as a utility model, combined with the option of compacting the contents in a way that protects the bag.

2. Solutions known to me take into account the functions a) "keep open", b) "make stand", c) "collect", and are usually stands with a ring into which the bag is hung and then covered. The disadvantage is that the hung yellow or blue plastic bags and the paper bags can only be filled loosely and therefore do not save much space, and they tear if the contents are (forcefully) compressed.

3./4. The registered device combines the functions a) "hold open", "bring to a standstill" and "collect" with the requirement to "compact", i.e. the contents can be compacted without damaging the bag.

5/7. The device can also be used in several ways: A) similar to a standard bag holder,

by hanging the bag in the tapered drum; (as with conventional bag holders, compacting the garbage would damage the bag)

—to release the bag, the drum is lifted upwards— B) as a bag holder and garbage compactor, -the actual function-

by placing the drum - reduced in circumference - into the bag and widening it to suit the bag:
