Description

The elements 1, 2 and 3 referred to in the protection claims are additional components for existing shop fitting shelving systems. For improved product information in a new form.

1. The above-mentioned element I ₁ crossbeam (Fig. 1. a, b) with concave central support (Fig. 1, c) or in another form, the mounting crossbeam (Fig. 1, e) with the mounts for CDK or FOREX rear wall poster (Fig. 1.1, a, b), 3-corner light strip (Fig. 1.2, a, b), convex light strip (Fig. 1.3, a) and single panel (Fig. 1.4, a) is a 3-part component made of steel profiles, sheet metal stampings, cold-pressed, formed, welded and powder-coated, with corresponding holes, screws and wing nuts for assembly without tools.

After screwing the 3 parts together:

a) Traverse (Fig. 1, a), manufactured according to the system widths of the standard shopfitting shelves or telescopic on both sides to the respective system width (Fig. 1, b), with the system hooks left/right (Fig. 1, f), holders for light strip (Fig. 1, g) and CDK or FOREX rear wall poster (Fig. 1, h);

b) central support (Fig. 1, c) with connecting plates (Fig. 1, d) for assembly with crossbar (Fig. 1, a) and assembly crossbar (Fig. 1, e);

c) Mounting traverse (Fig. 1, e) with the mounts for the CDK or FOREX rear wall poster (Fig. 1.1, a), convex light strip (Fig. 1.1, b) alternatively also for the light bar (Fig. 1.1, b) and demo displays (Fig. 1.1, c),

the unit is inserted into the slotted beams of the shelving system at the appropriate height.

Then the part a) CDK or FOREX rear wall poster (Fig. 1.1) specified in the protection claims is inserted into the upper guide of the assembly crossbar (Fig. 1.1, a) according to the format, concavely or otherwise forcibly deformed and placed with the lower edge in the crossbar's receptacles (Fig. 1, h).

The part c) convex lighting strip (Fig. 1.3) referred to in the claims is the mount of the mounting crossbar (Fig. 1.1, b), optionally the assembly of the part d) single cover (Fig. 1.4) referred to in the claims is possible here.

2. The above-mentioned element 2. Single support concave or in another form in lightweight construction (Fig. 2), is used in the shelving system 2 to 3 times depending on the system width, the shaping base of a concave or otherwise forcibly deformable CDK or FOREX rear wall poster in the corresponding system width, in versions a) and b).

The design a) Single support, concave or in another form (Fig. 2) with a mount similar to a Euro hook (Fig. 2, a), for insertion into the Euro hole rear wall (Fig. 2, b) of a shelving system. With sheet metal profile mounts at the top and bottom ends (Fig. 2, c), for holding a CDK or FOREX poster format.

After mounting the lightweight supports in the appropriate position in the shelving system in the number corresponding to the respective system width, the CDK or FOREX poster format is inserted into the lower and then into the upper holders (Fig. 2, c).

Depending on the shape of the lightweight support, concave or otherwise, the CDK or FOREX poster format takes on the preselected shape of the support due to the tension that occurs.

Version b) single support, concave or in another shape (Fig. 2.1) differs from version a) only in the mounting for installation (Fig. 2.1, a) in the shelf. The support is attached with mounting plate and corresponding holes in the shelf system or on the wall using self-tapping screws. Otherwise the design and function are as in a).

3. The above-mentioned element 3. Injection-molded adapter as a connection and adaptation element (Fig. 3) for CDK or FOREX rear wall posters (Fig. 3.1, a) inserted into the above-mentioned carrier elements (Fig. 1 and Fig. 2).

As a dimensionally stabilizing connecting part in the joint area of several posters in the shelf thickness (Fig. 3.1, b).

After setting up several rear wall poster units in the racking section, the adapter is inserted into the gap between the posters in the VERTICAL position. By turning it to the right or left until it is in the HORIZONTAL position, the rear wing (Fig. 3.1, c) in conjunction with the button-like front panel with rotary handle (Fig. 3.1, d) encloses the poster material thickness of both poster formats in this area and creates a connection and shape alignment.

Claims (3)

Protection claims 1. The element 1. Traverse with central, concave or other shaped central support and the assembly traverse (Fig. 1) in the technical design and the function in the shelf and in general: a) as a support for a CDK or FOREX rear wall poster that deforms into the shape of the central support after assembly. With the corresponding poster holders at the top and bottom (Fig. 1.1), adapted to the respective shelving system widths. With additional recordings for: b) the 3-corner light bar, already protected for us under roll number G 94 09 776.3 (Fig. 1.2), c) the luminaire strip is convex (Fig. 1.3), d) the single aperture (Fig. 1.4). The parts a), b), c) with the assembly and connection technology already protected for us under roll number 295 09 946.1. 2. The element 2. Single support concave, but also in other geometric shapes in lightweight construction (Fig. 2) in the following versions: a) As a support with mounts for use in shelving systems with perforated back wall and the mounts at the top and bottom, as an insert and guide for the CDK or FOREX back wall poster which becomes concave or deforms in another way after insertion (Fig. 2.1) b) as a support with mounting plate and holes for wall mounting with screws and the mounts at the top and bottom, as an insert and guide for the CDK or FOREX rear wall poster, which deforms concavely after insertion (Fig. 2.2). 3. The element 3. Injection-molded adapter (Fig. 3) as a connecting and adjustment element for CDK or FOREX rear wall posters (Fig. 3.1) used in rows in the shelving system, in inclined panel supports. As a molded part in its appearance, dimensions, technical design and function (Fig. 3.2), also for other formats and materials to be joined and also for different material thicknesses (Fig. 3.3).
