Klischees, insbesondere Fensterklischees, sowie klischee-ähnliche Bearbeitungsvörlagen, die aus dem zu ihrer Herstellung verwendeten Material (z.B. Druck) die Verbindungsstellen zwischen den einzelnen Segmenten des Klischees oder der klischee-ähnlichen Bearbeitungsvorlage aufreißen und/oder sich, selbst wenn nur geringfügig, verschieben (können), sodaß dadurch eine entsprechende Produktionsungenauigkeit und damit in der Regel die Herstellung von „Ausschuß" verursacht wird. Der Einsatz von Klischees und klischee-ähnlichen Bearbeitungsvorlagen, die in der bisher üblichen, vorstehend beschriebenen Weise gefertigt werden, erfordert mithin zur Vermeidung von Produktionsungenauigkeiten und des damit verbundenen Anfalls von „Ausschuß-Produktion" neben einer ständigen Kontrolle die regelmäßige Durchführung der Nachbearbeitung der Klischees und klischee-ähnlichen Bearbeitungsvorlagen hinsichtlich der Verbindungsstellen der Segmente und/oder hinsichtlich des VerSchiebens eines oder mehrerer Segmente aus der Klischee- oder Vorlagen-Form.This previous production of clichés and cliché-like processing templates is associated with significant disadvantages, in particular in that they have only a limited connection strength due to the fact that the desired shape is assembled from individual parts (segments), so that when the respective machine in which they are used is in operation, the forces that occur (e.g. pressure) cause the connection points between the individual segments of the cliché or cliché-like processing template to tear and/or shift, even if only slightly, so that this causes a corresponding production inaccuracy and thus usually the production of "rejects".
