Aufgrund des Eigengewichtes der Haarspange und des zusätzlichen Gewichtes des Dekorationselementes ist ein Verrutschen der am Haar fixierten Haarspange nachteilig möglich. Durch das Verrutschen der Haarspange wäre zum Beispiel eine aufwendig erstellte Frisur wieder neu zu frisieren. Fig. 1 zeigt eine Haarspange 1. An einem Grundteil 2 ist ein Dekorationselement 12 und eine Klemmeinrichtung angeordnet. Die Klemmeinrichtung umfaßt eine bogenförmig ausgebildete an ihren Enden am Grundteil 2 befestigte Klemmstrebe 4 und einen ebenfalls bogenförmig ausgebildeten Klemmbügel 10. Die Klemmstrebe 4 und der Klemmbügel 10 weisen eine rutschfeste Beschichtung 7,7' auf. Der Klemmbügel 10 ist um seine Anlenkpunkte 9,9' schwenkbar an dem Befestigungselement 8 angeordnet und weist an seinem freien Ende ein Verschlußorgan 11 auf. Wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt weist der Klemmbügel 10 im Bereich der Beschichtung 7' einen durch die Stege 14,14' unterbrochenen Schlitz 13 auf. Im geschlossenen Zustand der Klemmeinrichtung, der hier nicht dargestellt ist, bilden die gegeneinander wirkenden Beschichtungen 7,7' den Klemmbereich 3 der Klemmeinrichtung. Mit dem Klemmbereich 3 ist die Haarspange 1 am Haar fixierbar. Der Klemmbügel 10 ist im geschlossenen Zustand mittels seines Verschlußorgans 11 und der Rastelemente 5,5' arretierbar. Durch an den Rastelementen 5,5' angeordnete Betätigungselemente 6,6' kann die Arretierung gelöst werden, so daß der Klemmbügel 10 wieder frei schwenkbar ist und die Haarspange 1 aus dem Haar entfernt werden kann.Fig. 1 shows a hair clip 1.
