Vorteilhafte Wirkung der ErfindungAdvantageous effect of the invention

Mit der Erfindung wird im angegebenen Anwendungsfall erreicht, daß beim Berullen von Trockensubstanzflaschen mit Injektionsbestecken die Einstichstelle bedeckt ist. Somit ist ein Flüssigkeitsaustritt verhindert. Durch ein Injektionsbesteck mit mehreren Innenkanälen wird ermöglicht, das bei der Einstichbewegung zusätzlich das geschützte Einbringen der Entlüftungsöffnung erreicht wird, und ein weiterer Kanal zur Einbringung der Füllkanüle frei ist. Gleichzeitig ermöglicht die über den zweiten Innenkanal eingeführte Kanüle nicht nur das Berullen, sondern im nächsten Arbeitsschritt die gelöste Substanz in die Spritze wieder blasenfrei und schaumfrei aufzusaugen, und damit ohne Wartezeit zu injizieren, bzw. weiter zu verwerten. Hierbei werden die beim Berullen der Trockensubstanzflasche wirkenden Druckströme über den Belüftungskanal mit dem Filtersystem abgeleitet, ein Austreten der kontaktgefährlichen Substanz verhindert, und somit der Binnendruck konstant gehalten und die Schaum- und Blasenbildung wirkungsvoll vermindert.The invention achieves in the specified application that when filling dry substance bottles with injection equipment, the puncture site is covered. Trockensubstanzgefüllte Flaschen werden mittels des Injektionsbesteck ,welches durch den hermetischen Verschlußstopfen gestochen wird, mit einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel befüllt. Hierbei ist notwendig, daß das eingebrachte Besteck neben einem Belüftungs, auch einen Befullkanal aufweist. Zusätzlich ist ein Weiterer außen, die Trockensubstanz enthaltende Flasche, umgreifender Verschlußstopfen vorhanden. Zum BefuUen wählt man nun eine geeignete Spritze,die zum Aufziehen von Auflösungsflüssigkeit und gleichzeitig zum Befallen der Trochensubstanz enthaltenden Flasche, geeignet ist.Bottles filled with dry substance are filled with a suitable solvent using the injection set, which is pierced through the hermetic closure plug.
