Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine intraorale Kamera.The invention relates to an intraoral camera.
To image a tooth, for example, such cameras use optical deflection systems in the form of prisms, which are easily scratched during use and can only be replaced with a great deal of effort.
The invention is based on the object of developing a more cost-effective and easier-to-use intraoral camera.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the following features:
a) eine Stift- oder Fingerkamera weist stirnseitig einen CCD-Chip zur Umwandlung der optischen Signale in elektrische Signale sowie vor diesem CCD-Chip ein Objektivgewinde zur Aufnahme eines Objektivhalters auf;a) a pen or finger camera has a CCD chip on the front for converting the optical signals into electrical signals and a lens thread in front of this CCD chip for receiving a lens holder;

Using a normal mouth mirror not only results in an overall inexpensive system but also makes it much easier to replace. The metal frame of the mouth mirror and the fixed focus of the lens also make it possible to place the mouth mirror directly on the tooth. Since the imaging system no longer has to be kept at a clear distance from the tooth or the like, a sharper image is obtained by placing the mirror on the tooth, as shaking is largely eliminated. The open design of the mouth mirror holder means that there is no need to supply additional light (e.g. cold light through fiber optics); the operating room light is sufficient.
A Sony XC-999P or XC-7 77P can be used as a pen or finger camera.

positioniert und schützt das Objektiv, hält und führt den Sicherungsring und dient außerdem dem Mundspiegelhalter als Führung.positions and protects the lens, holds and guides the locking ring and also serves as a guide for the mouth mirror holder.
The locking ring preferably sits rotatably on the lens holder, is mounted between a shoulder of the lens holder and the front of the camera housing and serves to counter-fasten the mouth mirror holder.
Further features of the invention are the subject of the subclaims and are explained in more detail in connection with an embodiment of the invention.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in a longitudinal section.
The example shows the front end of a pen or finger camera 1, which is fitted with a CCD chip 2 on the front side, which is used to convert the optical signals into electrical signals. In line with the CCD chip 2, a lens thread 4 is provided in front of it in the camera housing 3, into which a lens holder 5 is screwed and secured with a special adhesive. The other end of the lens holder 5 encloses a lens 7 lying on the optical camera axis 6.
A locking ring 8 is mounted freely rotatably on the lens holder 5 and is mounted freely rotatably with a ring collar 8a between a front stop surface 9 of the camera housing 3 and a ring shoulder 10 of the lens holder 5.
Das kameraseitige Ende des Mundspiegelhalters 11 greiftThe locking ring 8 is screwed with an internal thread onto the camera-side end of a mouth mirror holder 11, which is pushed onto the lens holder 5 and is pulled with its camera-side end axially against a front stop 12 of the lens holder 5 by the screwed-on locking ring 8. The camera-side end of the mouth mirror holder 11 grips

Die Sicherung des Mundspiegels 14 im Mundspiegelhalter 11 erfolgt über eine Inbusschraube 15.The end of the mouth mirror holder 11 facing away from the camera 1 tapers conically and has an insertion hole 13 into which a dental mouth mirror 14 is inserted and secured, the mirror surface 14a of which is located approximately in the middle of the optical camera axis 6 and is inclined relative to it by 45° - 60°. The mirror surface 14a thus directs the image of, for example, a tooth via the lens 7 onto the CCD chip 2. The mouth mirror 14 is secured in the mouth mirror holder 11 using an Allen screw 15.
