Durch das Hochklappen der Apparatetür 2 um ihren Drehpunkt 3 einerseits und die Begrenzung des oberen Rahmens 20 durch die Führungsstifte 31a, 31b andererseits findet eine Relativdrehung des oberen Rahmens 20 zur Grundplatte 10 hin statt. Damit greifen die Schneidbügel 22a und 22b in die Messer 13a und b bzw. 13c und d ein und schneiden den dazwischenliegenden Urin- und Sekretbeutel 40 an zwei Stellen in seinem jetzt unteren Bereich so auf, daß die Körperflüssigkeiten auslaufen.
