Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kontaktiereinrichtung für Mehrwegeventiie gemäß Oberbegriff des Schutzanspruches 1.The invention relates to a contacting device for multi-way valves according to the preamble of claim 1.
Magnetventile der genannten Bauart, für welche die bekannte Kontaktierung Anwendung findet, ist aus der „Fluid, Sonderdruck, Mai 1994" bekannt. Dabei handelt es sich um Ventile, die auf sogenannte Grundplattenelemente befestigbar sind. In den Grundplattenelementen werden die Druckmittelleitungen zu den einzelnen Ventilen geführt. Bei den Ventilen handelt es sich in dieser Bauart um Wegeventile, die mit elektromagnetischen Aktoren angesteuert werden. Diese elektromagnetischen Aktoren sind Magnetspulen, die auf den eigentlichen Ventilkörpern angeordnet sind. Mit Hilfe dieser Magnetspulen werden innerhalb des Ventilkörpers Betätigungselemente, beispielsweise in Form von Ventilstößeln, bewegt und bewirken somit die entsprechende Schaltung einzelner Druckmittelleitungen untereinander. Zur Ansteuerung der Magnetspulen sind sogenannte Kontaktbrücken bekannt. Hinzu kommt, daß Ventile dieser Bauart zumeist busangesteuert sind und die Kontaktbrücke somit entsprechende elektronische Dekodierelemente enthält.Solenoid valves of the type mentioned, for which the known contacting is used, are known from "Fluid, special edition, May 1994". Zum Teil variieren sie auch zwischen verschiedenen Magnetspulen mit unterschiedlicher Ansteuerspannung. Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht jedoch hierin, die standartisierte Bauform des Ventilkorpus sowie eine standartisierte bzw. vereinheitlichte Bauform der Kontaktbrücke unabhängig vom verwendeten Typ der Magnetspule einheitlich weiterverwenden zu können. Hierzu ist in erfindungsgemäßer Weise der Adapter zwischen der Kontaktierebene der Magnetspule und der Kontaktierebene der Kontaktbrücke angeordnet. Dieser Adapter 2 ist an die jeweilige Magnetspulenbauform bzw. -typ angepaßt. Das heißt, er weist je nach Magnetspulentyp im Bereich der zu kontaktierenden Magnetspulenkontakte den entsprechenden Abstand bzw. die geometrisch komplementären Abmessungen auf. An der gegenüberliegenden Seite, dort wo die Kontaktbrücke angeschlossen wird, sind dann vereinheitlichte Kontaktabstände und geometrische Abmessungen gegeben.
