Description
The invention relates to a rainwater cistern according to the type of the main claim. Such a rainwater cistern is known, for example, from the documents of the German utility model DE 295 19 342 Ul.
Such rainwater cisterns are often used in rainwater utilization systems, which can be used to reduce fresh water consumption in a house or similar. The cistern has a rainwater inlet connected to a gutter, and a suction line starts in the cistern and leads to the house.
It is often impossible to prevent dirt or leaves from the gutter from getting into the cistern, and it is therefore already known to use filters of various types. The problem is that such filters are difficult to access, so cleaning them is very complicated and time-consuming. In addition, the known filters often do not separate the clean water from the dirt optimally.
WISY-Druckschrift vom 01.09.95). Dieser Filter hat aber denHowever, there is already a filter on the market that has fewer problems. It is the WISY vortex fine filter, which is designed to be installed in the ground and has a filter basket that automatically filters the rainwater and is easily removable (see WISY publication dated 01.09.95). However, this filter has the
The disadvantage is that it does not have a lid that can be driven over. It is easily destroyed, especially if there is vertical pressure on the ground.
The invention is based on the object of avoiding the disadvantages outlined and of creating a rainwater cistern which at the same time also offers protection for a vortex filter.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing features of the main claim. With such a design, the following advantages are also achieved.
1. Der Wirbel-Filter benötigt keinen Extra-Erdaushub.1. The vortex filter does not require any extra excavation.
2. Der Wilbel-Filter kann vormontiert werden.2. The Wilbel filter can be pre-assembled.
3. Es werden insgesamt drei Außen-Anschlüsse gespart.3. A total of three external connections are saved.
The connection in the cistern is already prepared.
No separate cover protection is required for the vortex filter.
Finally, the installation of a calmed inlet is possible.
Advantageous further developments of the subject matter of claim 1 result from the features of the subclaims as well as from the description and the drawing.
Zeichnungdrawing
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and explained in more detail in the following description.
Beschreibung des AusführungsbeispielsDescription of the embodiment
A rainwater cistern 1 has an inspection opening 2 on its top, which can be covered with a lid 3. The lid 3 has a stable design so that it can also be driven over by heavy vehicles.
An inlet 4 for rainwater leads through a side wall of the rainwater cistern 1 to a vortex fine filter 6 arranged in an upper part 5 of the cistern 1. Such vortex fine filters 6 are known per se and are sold, for example, by the company WISY in the filter technology division for rainwater use. They have a very well-functioning fine filter, which also has the advantage that it is easy to remove and clean.
The disadvantage is that the well-known vortex fine filter requires its own excavation and that its cover is not accessible. A separate combination of the well-known vortex fine filter with a rainwater cistern also has the disadvantage that a total of five connections are required, namely two for the rainwater cistern 1 and three for the vortex fine filter.
According to the invention, these disadvantages are eliminated by inserting the vortex filter 6 into the rainwater cistern 1, only a first connection 7 for the inlet 4 and a second connection 9 for residual rainwater and dirt are required, i.e. three fewer connections are needed in total. A third connection 8 for the filtered rainwater leads to the house. In a further development of the invention, a pipe 10 is led from a filter-specific connection 11 for the cleaned rainwater to a base 12 of the rainwater cistern 1 and is provided with an inverted T-piece 13 just above the base 12, which ensures that the rainwater flows smoothly into the rainwater cistern 1. This is important so that any dirt lying on the base 12 is not stirred up when the rainwater flows in.
Finally, a pipe 14 leading to connection 9 is provided in the rainwater cistern 1, which has an overflow 15. When the cistern 1 is full, the overflow 15 allows rainwater to drain to connection 9.
