Die Erfindung betrifft ein Raumiiberwachimgssystem mit einer Zentralstation und mindestens einem elektronischen Warngerät oder Melder, der bei Auftreten eines bestimmten Ereignisses ein Signal abgibt. Insbesondere umfaßt das System Warngeräte zum Schutz von Gebäuden vor Einbruch, Feuer, ausströmendem Gas, Wasserschäden und dergleichen.
