Die Erfindung betrifft eine sinnvoll einsetzbare schraublose Aufhängevorrichtung für Wassertröge, die im untertägigen Bergbau und Tunnelbau als Explosionssperre dienen. Expiosionssperren können in den untertägigen Grubengebäuden als Gesteinsstaub- oder Wassertrogsperren installiert werden, die das Ausweiten einer Explosion verhindern sollen.The invention relates to a useful screwless suspension device for water troughs that serve as explosion barriers in underground mining and tunnel construction. Wassertrogsperren werden im Grubengebäude, d.h. insbesondere in den Strecken des Steinkohlenbergbaus, in vergleichsweise großen Mengen eingesetzt. Das sich in den Trögen befindliche Wasser dient als Löschmittel. Die Wassertröge sind aus einem leicht zerstörbaren Material hergestellt, z.B. einem spröden Kunststoff. Die Funktionsweise der Explosionssperre besteht darin, daß die dünnwandigen spröden Kunststofftröge durch die der Explosion vorauseilenden Druckwelle zerstört werden, so daß die Tröge ausgeleert werden und das dann freiwerdende Wasser die Explosionsramme löscht. Die Wassertröge werden in Tragevorrichtungen eingehängt bzw. aufgestellt, die als Holmen quer zur Streckenachse angebracht sind.Water trough barriers are used in relatively large quantities in the mine, i.e. in particular in the coal mining routes. Die auf diese Weise angebrachten Holme dienen nun zum Aufstellen oder Einhängen von Wassertrögen. Außerdem entfallen aufwendige Justier- und Umbauarbeiten. Die Erfindung sieht vor, daß Konsolen mit Traghoimen in Ketten eingehängt werden, die ihrerseits mit S-Haken am Grubenausbau angebracht werden. Die Aufhängeketten werden überdies so angebracht, daß ein Durchhängen der Tragzeile und dadurch das Anbringen einer zusätzlichen Mittenhalterung vermieden wird. Des weiteren spart man zusätzliche Aufhängungen beim Errichten einer Doppelstockzeile, da man die zweite Konsole problemlos in die bereits vorhandene Aufhängekette der Tragzeile nachträglich einhängen kann. Bei dieser Bauart können nun die Wassertröge bei kleineren Bauabständen des Streckenausbaus direkt bis an den Stoß eingebracht werden, wodurch eine größere Sohlenüberdeckung und damit eine gleichmäßigere Wasserverteilung im Falle einer Explosion erreicht wird.The invention provides that brackets with support beams are suspended in chains, which in turn are attached to the pit support with S-hooks.
