Claims (4)
wobei eine Temperierwalze (8) zur Erwärmung der Non woven-Vliesbahn (2) auf eine Verbundtemperatur, die be achtlich niedriger liegt als die Schmelztemperatur, vor gesehen ist,
wobei eine Verbundwalze (7) vorgesehen ist, deren Auflauf bereich (6) die auf Verbundtemperatur erwärmte Nonwo ven-Vliesbahn (2) zuführbar ist, welche Verbundwalze (7) entsprechend der Durchlaufgeschwindigkeit rotierbar ist und welche Verbundwalze (7) zumindest die Breite der Nonwo ven-Vliesbahn (2) aufweist,
wobei eine Breitschlitzdüse (4) zur Erzeugung der Kunst stoff-Folie (3) aus einer Schmelze des thermoplastischen Kunststoffes vorgesehen ist und wobei der Schlitzmund (9) der Breitschlitzdüse (4) im Auflaufbereich (6) der Ver bundwalze (7) so angeordnet ist, dass die Kunststoff-Folie (3) im jungfräulichen, plastischen Zustand im Wesentlichen tangential mit der auf der Verbundwalze (7) aufliegenden Nonwoven-Vliesbahn (2) in Berührungskontakt bringbar ist,
wobei zumindest eine sich quer zur Durchlaufrichtung er streckende Elektronen-Sprühelektrode (5) vorgesehen ist und wobei die Elektronen-Sprühelektrode (5) so angeordnet ist, dass die Kunststoff-Folie (3) in dem Bereich, in dem sie im plastischen Zustand mit der Nonwoven-Vliesbahn (2) in Be rührungskontakt kommt, elektrostatisch aufladbar ist,
und wobei die Vorrichtung so ausgelegt ist, dass die ge bildete Verbundbahn auf der Verbundwalze (7) und/oder in Durchlaufrichtung hinter der Verbundwalze (7) abkühlbar ist.1.
