Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit mit diesen Profil einen Estrich passgenau abzuschälen. Aus einen mit PE beschichteten Karton werden Streifen in der breite von 7 cm bis 10 cm geschnitten, diese Streifen werden in der länge mittig abgewinkelt. Zwei dieser Pappwinkel werden gegeneinander gestellt ( Figur 1, Iu. II), zwischen diese Pappstreifen wird ein Polyäthylenschaumstreifen (Figur 1, III ) in der Stärke von 5 mm bis 10 mm und der Breite von 5 cm bis 10 cm mit Warmluft eingeschweißt Das somit entstandene T- förmige Profil wird noch an der Deckfläche mit einen 8 cm breiten PE-beschichteten Karton abgedeckt. {Figur 1, IV) Dieser Karton wird ebenfalls mit Warmluft aufkonvektioniert.
