Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung eignet sich folglich insbesondere für Lager, die beispielsweise Hochdruck-Spritzwasser ausgesetzt sind oder permanentem Schwallwassereinfluß, Schleierwasser oder Dampf, also Einsatzbereiche, die bei vielen Verarbeitungsvorgängen, wie Preßwalzen auftreten. Die erfindungsgemäße "Dreifachkombination" bildet einen sicheren Schutz des Lagerinneren und verhindert auch bei falscher Füllung einen Überdruck innerhalb des Lagers, da überschüssiges Fett trotz der Abdichtung gegen äußere Umwelteinflüsse nach außen austreten kann. Diese Abdichtungswirkung bleibt auch bei extremen Temperaturschwankungen oder Einsatztemperaturen erhalten und bietet auch sicheren Schutz z.B. gegen aggressive chemische Stoffe.The solution according to the invention is therefore particularly suitable for bearings that are exposed to high-pressure spray water, for example, or to permanent splash water, water curtains or steam, i.e. areas of application that occur in many processing operations, such as press rolls.
