B. im Siebdruckverfahren aufgedruckt, wodurch ein platzsparender Aufbau der Leiterplatte 1 ermöglicht wird und die Breite der Leiterplatte lediglich von der Breite der Lumineszenzdioden 2 abhängt. In einem praktischen Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung beträgt die Breite der Leiterplatte lediglich 1/40 der Leiterplattenlänge. Dabei sind vier in Reihe geschaltete Parallelschaltungen vorgesehen, die jeweils sechs Lumineszenzdioden umfassen. Durch diesen platzsparenden Aufbau ist die Leiterplatte für einen Einsatz in Kraftfahrzeugleuchten geeignet, z. B. in Bremsleuchten oder in Rück- und Blinkleuchten, wobei entsprechende Reflektoren über den Lumineszenzdioden 2 angeordnet sind.
