Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälterverschluss der im Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 genannten Gattung. Die Erfindung bezieht sich damit insbesondere auf sogenannte Aufprellverschlüsse mit schwenkbarem Deckeloberteil und einem Originalitätsband, welches gewährleistet, dass sich der Inhalt des Behälters vor Gebrauch in einem Zustand befindet, wie er zum Zeitpunkt der Füllung und des erstmaligen Verschliessens des Behälters vorgelegen hatte, d.h. danach keine verfälschenden Massnahmen vorgenommen wurden.The invention relates to a container closure of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1. Schliesslich wurde (EP-A-151 242) schon ein Verschluss der gattungsgemässen Art vorgeschlagen, bei dem das Originalitätsband auf der Oberseite des Verschlussunterteiles angebunden ist, so dass es sich zwar grundsätzlich innerhalb der Umrisslinien des Verschlussunterteiles erstrecken kann. Die Umfangswand des Verschlussoberteiles muss jedoch eine geringere Abmessung als die der Umfangswand des Verschlussunterteiles haben, so dass in der Schliesstellung eine radiale Stufe entsprechend der radialen Abmessung des Originalitätsbandes verbleibt. Dadurch dass das Originalitätsband innerhalb der Umrisslinie sowohl des Verschlussunterteiles als auch des -Oberteiles zu liegen kommt und damit keine über die Umrisslinie herausragende&eegr; Teile vorliegen, wird gewährleistet, dass auf das Originalitätsband zum Zeitpunkt des Aufprellens, der Verpackung, des Transportes und der Lagerhaltung keine Kräfte einwirken, die zu einem vorzeitigem Abreissen des Bandes führen können. Gleichzeitig werden diese Handhabungsvorgänge wesentlich erleichtert, da Betriebsunterbrechungen durch Verfangen der herausragenden Teile an umgebenden Teilen der Verpackung oder Aufprellmaschine wirksam vermieden werden. Die das Originalitätsband aufnehmende Einbuchtung bildet ferner nach Entfernung des Originalitätsbandes vorzugsweise eine Griffmulde, die die nachfolgende Betätigung des Verschlusses erleichtert. Wie Fig. 1 zeigt, umfasst der Behälterverschluss nach der Erfindung ein das allgemeine Bezugszeichen 1 tragendes Unterteil und ein das allgemeine Bezugszeichen 2 tragendes Oberteil.
