Die Neuerung betrifft eine Schlauchbeutelverpackung, insbesondere Kleinverpackung für flüssiges bis pastöses Füllgut, bestehend aus einer zu einem Schlauch geformten, mit mindestens einer Längssiegelnaht und an den Enden mit Quersiegelnähten verschlossenen Folienstreifen, wobei in der einen Quersiegelnaht ein Schulterstück mit Verschluß eingesiegelt ist.The innovation relates to a tubular bag packaging, in particular small packaging for liquid to pasty filling goods, consisting of a film strip formed into a tube, sealed with at least one longitudinal sealing seam and at the ends with transverse sealing seams, with a shoulder piece with closure sealed into one of the transverse sealing seams.
Schlauchbeutelverpackungen dieser Art sind bspw. nach der US-PS 4,733,800 bekannt. Soweit es sich um Kleinverpackungen handelt, wird auf das DE-GM 93 12 664 verwiesen, deren Gegenstand allerdings kein Schulterstück aufweist. Schlauchbeutelverpackungen nach der vorerwähnten US-PS haben sich hinsichtlich der Einsiegelung des Schulterstückes als verbesserungsbedürftig erwiesen, da es sich als schwierig erwiesen hat, die zylindrische Siegelflanke des Schulterstückes dicht in der Quersiegelnaht einzusiegeln, denn es ist bei der kontinuierlichen Herstellung solcher Verpackung eine Sichereversiegelung nicht gewährleistet, da in den beiden kritischen Bereichen, in denen die entsprechend halbzylindrischen Quersiegelwerkzeuge beim Schließen aneinanderstoßen, die Gefahr besteht, daß Falten- und/oder Zwickelbildungen zwischen Folie und Schulterstück entstehen, aus denen Füllgut spätestens beim Drücken der Verpackung austreten kann.Tubular bag packaging of this type is known, for example, from US-PS 4,733,800. Im Gegensatz zum Tubenverschlußstück nach der US-PS mit einem zylindrischen Siegelumfangsrand ist bei der neuartigen Verpackung das Schulterstück gezielt als Zweieck gestaltet, was, negativ gesehen, zwei entsprechend ausgebildete Siegelwerkzeuge verlangt, bei deren Schließung also auch die Ecken mit Sicherheit erfaßt und der Folienschlauch, dessen Umfangslänge genau der Länge der Seitenflanken des Zweiecks entspricht (abgesehen von einer minimalen Maßzugabe, um das Schulterstück in den gefüllten Schlauch einschieben zu können), exakt und sicher an die beiden Siegelflanken des Schulterstückes angesiegelt wird. Außerdem hat ein derartig ausgebildetes Schulterstück in Form eines schlanken Zweiecks den Vorteil, daß damit der Charakter einer Schlauchbeutelpackung praktisch erhalten bleibt und derartig gestaltete Schlauchbeute !verpackungen bspw. beim. Ferner ist das zweieckige Schulterstück zusammen mit dem Verschluß als einteiliges Spritzgußformstück ausgebildet, wobei vorteilhaft der Verschluß in Form einer auf den Mündungshals des Schulterstückes aufsteckbaren Kappe ausgebildet und diese mit ihrem Boden am Mündungshals mit angespritzt ist. Schließlich kann in der Kappe ein Verschlußzapfen angeordnet sein, der sich beim Aufsetzen der Kappe auf den Mündungshals korkenartig in den Mündungshals einsetzt. Die Schlauchbeutelverpackung besteht in bekannter Weise aus einer zu einem Schlauch 1 geformten, mit einer Längssiegelnaht 2 und an den Enden mit Quersiegelnähten 3, 4 verschlossenen Folienstreifen, wobei in der einen Quersiegelnaht 4 ein Schulterstück 5 mit Verschluß 6 eingesiegelt ist.
