Cleaning device for drying and cleaning washed cutlery and glasses, especially for catering, commercial kitchens and in the home.

The invention relates to a device for drying water drops and cleaning cutlery and glasses in restaurants, commercial kitchens and in the home. After washing the cutlery and glasses by hand or in the dishwasher, it is often common to let the cutlery and glasses dry for a while and then to clean them with a clean kitchen towel to remove water stains and water residue. Cleaning cutlery or glasses with the kitchen towel is done by hand, with one hand holding the cutlery or glass and the other hand, with the thumb and index finger covered with the kitchen towel, pressing the cutlery or glass and rubbing it back and forth. Because the whole process is strenuous and time-consuming, many people deviate from the task or do not do it conscientiously. As a result, many guests resort to self-help and clean their cutlery with a napkin.

The invention is therefore based on the object of creating a new device that makes cleaning cutlery and glasses easier, more convenient and faster.

This task is solved according to the invention with the cleaning device of the type mentioned at the beginning, in that the rollers are set in opposite rotation and the cutlery or glass is held well between the rollers.
