Beim Transportieren von Automobilteilen, insbesondere wegen der Automatisierung werden Transportgestelle mit Klinkensäulen verwendet in denen z. B. Seitenteile, Kofferraumdeckel usw. transportiert werden. Die Säulen sind mit Klinken versehen, die nacheinander beim Auflegen der zu transportierenden Teile ausklappen. Diese Art Gestelle kann für alle weitgehend flächigen Teile Verwendung finden. Die Lager der Klinken sind oft als Spannhülsen, die Achse, um die sich die Klinken drehen als Schrauben ausgeführt Diese Kombination hat den Nachteil, daß die Schrauben beim Anziehen den Säulenkorpus, die Flanken, zusammenziehen und so die Bewegungsfreiheit der Drehbewegung der Klinken einengen. Weiterhin ist die Toleranz zwischen Lager und Achse zu groß. Eine weitere Kombination ist eine an die Klinke angebörtelte Hülse als Lager und eine Spannhülse als Achse. Die Bortelung erlaubt kein Anformen eines Gegengewichts, das die Klinke als Gegenmoment um die Drehachse in Ruhestellung zurückführt Zudem muß das Blech der Klinken breit ausgeführt sein, da die Klinkenhebelbewegung nach rechts und links zwischen den Flanken des Korpus nur gering sein darf. Der Erfinder hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, diese Nachteile zu eliminieren. Er schlägt vor, sowohl das Lager als auch die Achse aus auf einander abgestimmten Spannstiften zu machen. Dadurch muß die Klinke nicht überbreit ausgeführt werden. Zudem kann das Gegengewicht sofort angeformt sein. Die Nachteile im Achsenbereich, das zu starke Anziehen von Schrauben und das zu große Spiel ist vermieden. Der Achsenspannstift sitzt fest in den Säulenflanken.
