Elektrischer Meßwiderstand für hohe StrömeElectrical measuring resistor for high currents
Stand der Technik Die Erfindung geht aus von einem elektrischen Meßwiderstand (Shunt) für hohe Ströme nach der Gattung des Hauptanspruchs. Solche Meßwiderstände dienen der Strommessung eines durchfließenden Stroms durch Bestimmung des Spannungsabfalls über einer Meßstrecke und sind z.B. als deutsche Industrienorm DIN 43703 bekannt. Diese bekannten Meßwiderständen weisen zwei Hochstromanschlüsse aus elektrisch gut leitfähigem Material auf, zwischen die wenigstens eine Widerstandsstrecke aus Widerstandsmaterial gelötet ist. Die Anschlüsse zum Abgreifen des Spannungsabfalls über der Widerstandsstrecke sind ebenfalls auf dem elektrisch gut leitenden Teil angebracht, das auch die Hochstromanschlüsse enthält. Die bekannten Meßwiderstände haben zum einen den Nachteil, daß ihre Herstellung sehr teuer und aufwendig ist und zum anderen ergibt sich eine große Streuung des Widerstandswerts, da die Lötungen nicht ausreichend reproduzierbar auszuführen sind.PRIOR ART The invention is based on an electrical measuring resistor (Shunt) for high currents according to the preamble of the main claim.
