Abstract
Description
Zuckerrohrerntemas chineSugar cane harvesting machine
The invention relates to a sugar cane harvester with in the direction of travel seen front intake organs as well as a chopper shredding the sugar cane, which is an inclined slope that transfers the chopped material to a cross conveyor Conveyor belt is downstream, under which an air blower is arranged, as well a rear dropout hood.
Sugar cane harvesting machines are known from practice in which Air through the inclined conveyor belt that follows the chopper Falling chopped material flow is blown to separate the loose leaf material to reach from the stem. But since the incoming flow of goods holds together relatively tightly, the air flow must be so strong that there is a risk that parts of the stalk will also be carried along be blown off. If you don't want to accept this disadvantage, choose one weaker air flow, then it cannot be avoided that an only insufficient air flow Separation takes place.
In order to avoid this disadvantage, it is from US patent 4 070 809 known, the air flow of the downstream below the elevator Introduce the blower through the chopped material in the area in which the material is not yet is available as a good mat.
This area is located directly behind the chopper in the direction of travel seen in front of the feederhouse. It is true that this initially results in a perfect separation of the solid parts of the stem reached by the leaf material. However, it cannot be prevented that the sheet material thrown against the outer cover is partly back on the Inclined conveyor falls behind because the path to be covered by the goods is relatively long and the pressure of the fan air decreases sharply with increasing distance.
The present invention is therefore based on the object of a To create sugar cane harvester of the type specified above, which the Requirements to be placed on them with regard to a proper separation of the loose leaf material fulfilled by the solid stem parts in a satisfactory manner.
This is achieved according to the invention in that above the rising A suction fan is also arranged on the conveyor belt, to which a channel is connected, which is led into the area of the dropout hood. In this way it is guaranteed that hardly any sheet material gets onto the loading wagon. The suction fan is advantageous directly in the area of the chopping device and above the one adjoining it Arranged conveyor. Such an arrangement of the suction fan has the advantage that the crop is still in a loose form, i.e. that from the chopping device thrown in goods has not yet been deposited on a mat on the conveyor belt, so that the loose sheet material parts can easily be separated from the Stenzelult.
According to a further feature of the invention, the suction fan has two Fan wheels on. In this way, the components are kept smaller, so that the assembly or necessary repairs can be carried out much faster. For the purpose of easier assembly, each fan wheel is also provided with a separate duct section assigned, the channel parts unite to form a single channel. It is expedient to form the channels so that the upper channel walls parts of the upper Form machine covers.
In the following, the invention will end on the basis of an exemplary embodiment and two of this schematically depicting figures are explained in more detail. Included 1 shows a side view of a sugar cane harvester and FIG. 2 shows a fan the sugar cane harvester shown in Fig. 1 in an enlarged plan view Scale.
Damit dies auch sichergestellt ist, reicht der Kanal 14 zumindest bis in den Bereich der Ausfallhaube 9.1 with a sugar cane harvester is referred to, which is known in Way, front intake organs 2, circular knives 3 and a chopper 4. That Sugar cane comminuted by the chopper 4 arrives during the operation of the machine 1 to an inclined conveyor 5 and from this to another, also inclined conveyor belt 6, which is arranged transversely to the direction of travel. The conveyor belt 6 then promotes the chopped sugar cane, for example. On one next to the Sugar cane harvester approaching wagon. So now the car actually too Only loaded with chopped sugar cane and not with foliage are two Blowers 7 and 8 are provided, which eliminate the loose sheet material from the conveying flow. A fan, namely the fan 7, is in a known manner below the conveyor 5 arranged so that its air jet against that of the conveyor 5 on the conveyor belt 6 falling crop flow is directed, so that foliage still present in the crop flow is entrained by the air flow and thrown into the discharge hood 9. A part the sheet material has already been separated from the material flow by the fan 8. This fan 8 is designed as a suction fan with two fan wheels 10 and 11, which are arranged where the flow of material is still loosened, namely close behind the chopper 4 and above the conveyor 5. These suction fans suck from the in the machine 1 entering stream of material out and transport the light components these channels 12 and 13 associated with each gear wheel 10 and 11, as well as one the Both channels unifying further channel 14 in the discharge hood 9. So this is also ensured, the channel 14 extends at least into the area of the dropout hood 9.
