Description
The invention relates to an internal combustion engine drive for an agricultural and / or constructionally usable Motor vehicle, with an upstream of a driver's cab air-cooled internal combustion engine according to the preamble of Claim 1.
In a known internal combustion engine drive one Agricultural tractor in the preamble of claim 1 led genus (special print from Power Farming, February 1978, "Same for all reasons") finds an air-cooled one Internal combustion engine with a cooling fan on the front Application, for cleaning the sucked air a sieve is connected upstream. This sieve designed as a hood grill tends in agricultural or construction use of the Extreme pollution from dust or Chaff so that air from the cooling air fan no longer comes in sufficient dimensions can be sucked. On the other hand ge long but also fine dirt particles through the sieve through into the cooling fins of the cylinders, the cylinder heads and an oil cooler and hamper them because of the Ribs stick to the heat transfer to this building share so that overheating can occur. Close The cooling fan on the front shines over the front hood grill sound waves from in their Intensity above the value permitted by law can lie.
Based on these findings, it is the task of Invention an internal combustion engine drive of the advance to create a genus with structurally simple means, in which, in addition to optimal sound encapsulation, the combustion effective protection of cylinders, cylinders heads and the oil cooler against pollution. If possible, easy maintenance of the Ven Tiltriebes the internal combustion engine to be given.
This task is performed on an internal combustion engine drive genus in question by the in the mark of the Features listed claim 1 solved.
With such a solution it is achieved that at low construction effort a particularly effective sound Protection for the cooling fan and the wheel housing for the sound waves emitted by the valve train. Here It is also ensured that the cooling fan in their intake flow dirt particles before the Cooling fan itself already fired in the intake chamber that will. This is due to the fact that the in a relatively low-dust zone of the cooling air drawn in by the tractor before entering the cylinder heads the air duct is deflected several times, so that a Eliminate the dirt particles before entering the Air distribution chamber is done.
A farm tractor is known from US Pat. No. 4,081,050, what to improve the weight distribution supercooled internal combustion engine essentially the front axis is upstream. Since your water cooler on your one Driver end facing is arranged, takes place The cooling air is also drawn into this area. A Intake space in which dirt particles from the cooling air flow be separated and sound insulation of the internal combustion engine however, machines are not used.
B. Schleppern.Furthermore, from DE-OS 25 50 497 an arrangement of Air-cooled internal combustion engine known for this is surrounded by an endlessly running sieve belt, whereby the sieve belt constantly on the due to its orbital movement Exhaust side to be cleaned. Such an arrangement tion is very complex and is suitable for space reasons not for use in agriculture or construction Vehicles such as B. tugs.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the subclaims 2 to 9 described. After that Proposed funds to improve the Dirt separation in the suction chamber. Next there is a double use of components of the Brenn engine possible because these wall parts at the same time of air ducts. Finally, with the in a means specified in the subclaims the noise emission of the internal combustion engine can be achieved.

47 a der Seitenwände 44 bzw. 47 gebildet. From the air distribution chamber 59 , the partially heated via the radiation of the valve cover 43 slightly heated cooling air through the enclosed by the cooling fins 47, 58 between the cylinder 24 and the cylinder heads 38 passages with absorption of heat from the engine 6 in an intermediate chamber 61 abge sucks. Since Lich, the exhaust air chamber 64 is formed by the extended to the front wall 52 and the front grill 51 side wall pieces 44 a and 47 a of the side walls 44 and 47 . At the bottom, the exhaust air chamber 64 is represented by a lower leg 68 of the front wall 52 of the cladding 22 which is angled backwards. The two side walls 44, 57 are connected via a plug connection equal to the connection of the side parts 27, 28 by retaining bolts 30 and an associated elastic bearing 29 at both ends with the crankcase 5 of the internal combustion engine 6 and the front axle bracket 7 . From the exhaust air chamber 64 , the blown 62 conveyed by the cooling air suction fan is heated cooling air deflected by the deflecting wall 67 , and by reflection through the lower part of the foremost wall 52 , via the exhaust duct 69 formed by the deflecting wall 67 through the grille 51 into the open promotes. It may be expedient that sound-absorbing material is placed on the deflecting wall 67 on one or both sides. Special wedge-shaped sound absorbing bodies 60 can also be used on one or both sides of the deflection wall 67 .
To cool the lubricant of the lubricant circuit of the internal combustion engine 6 , the latter is equipped with an oil cooler 70 . The oil cooler 70 is located on the front of the crankcase 5 next to the wheel housing for the valve train, at a distance from the intermediate wall 40 . At the level of the oil wall 71 is arranged on the crankcase 5 a laterally extending to the side wall 57 angled cross bar 72 . The angled crosspiece 72 forms with the lower part of the side wall 57 a parallel Luftein let 73 to the air duct 39 for the cooling air of the oil cooler 70th The air sucked in parallel is sucked off by the cooling air suction blower 62 via the oil cooler 70 and conveyed outside via the exhaust air chamber 64 .
It is mentioned that the oil cooler 70 of the internal combustion engine 6 can be arranged in the same way as a box-shaped oil cooler within the air guide channel 39 . If the additional fuel container 25 is not required, the oil cooler can also be designed as a hood part for the double use of components on its top.
An exhaust manifold 73 is also connected to the cylinder heads 38 of the internal combustion engine 6 . To the exhaust manifold 73 is an exhaust port 74 is connected, which serves as a support for an exhaust muffler 74 which is directed upwards. The exhaust pipe 74 is sealed in the passage through the side wall 57 via annular sealing elements, not shown, which can be designed, for example, as a corrugated pipe seal.
Below the elastic bearings 30 for the two side walls 46, 57 are attached to the crankcase 5 by gluing or son term fasteners strip-shaped sealing elements 76 which serve as a seal between the crankcase 5 and the two side walls 46, 57 .
It is mentioned that the described solution of the internal combustion engine drive according to FIGS . 1 to 5 is not limited to a tractor. The solution according to the invention can be used in the same way for trucks or passenger cars. There is also the possibility of using the internal combustion engine drive according to the invention in a rail or water driving tool.
