The cyclone dust separator exists as far as in the Figures shown, from a cone 1, which forms the separation space 2, with a dust tube 3, a Ejector tube 5 and a dip tube 6 with jacket tube 22 on the upper part of the dust separator.
For example, dust-laden air stream is mi f high speed through the dust pipe j a cover 4 of the cyclone dust collector fed from where the stream can enter into the cone 1 for the deposition of the dust particles. The helically downwardly guided cover 4 is provided in the second half, which faces the ejector tube 5, with an inwardly offset, rising widening 41, at the end of which towards the ejector tube 5 an opening 42 is arranged, from which a partially cleaned Partial air flow out of the separation space 2 of the cone 1 and into the ejector tube 5 is guided. To guide the air flow leaving the opening 42 in the ejector tube 5, helical baffles 43 can be arranged between the outer wall of the ejector tube 5 and the dust tube 3 guided therein. The air flow leaving here releases the residual dust at a tangential widening 29 into a pipeline 30, since the dust particles collect on the outer wall of the ejector tube 5 when the air flow is guided in a helical manner. In addition, the air flow at the open end 28 goes through a mat 27 into the open air. A guide plate 44 is advantageously arranged on the inner wall of the cover 4 in such a way that the dust particles are guided to an outer wall 45.
After a? modified version (Figs. 6 and 7) in the upper part of the separation chamber 1. an opening 46 is arranged at the end of the rising widening 41, with which a part of the already partially cleaned air flow over a pipe bend 47 through a Jacket cover 40 can be fed through a jacket space 48 of the cyclone strub separator. To the This air flow is regulated or shut off in connection with the pipe bend 47 in a pipe 49 a rotary valve 50 attached.
