Die Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe wird hauptsächlich darin gesehen, daß die einzelnen Rollen jeder der beiden Rollenreihen in Maschinenlän#srichtung (Gutdurchlaufrichtung) im Abstand untereinander stufenlos veränderbar und feststellbar gelagert und die Rollen der einen Rollenreihe gemeinsam gegenüber den Rollen der anderen Rollenreihe in Maschinenquerrichtung (quer zur Gutdurchlaufrichtung) anstellbar angeordnet sind. Weitere Einzelheiten der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung sind in den Unteransprüchen dargestellt.
