Abstract

The method and arrangement are for quantitative evaluation of movement processes and static or dynamic effective human muscular forces enable uniform and accurate measurements on the different motional processes in human elements or organs. The results obtained are easily reproducible using simple equipment. The many applications possible include medicine, sport, and air air and space flight personnel testing. The movements and muscular forces applied to various suitably designed sensing and transfer elements are transferred to suitable measurement devices converting them into electrical signals. The sensor signals are amplified and continuously and uniformly recorded using an analogue or digital recording system. The recorded signals are evaluated manually or using a data processing system. The sensing system may consists of strain gauges mounted on plate springs.
