ARTHUR SIEBEN-HAUSSEN in CHEMNITZ. Fadenführung für Kreuzkötzerspulmaschinen. Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 8. April 1914 ab, ARTHUR SIEBEN-HAUSSEN in CHEMNITZ. Thread guide for cross-wound winding machines. Patented in the German Empire on April 8, 1914,
The present invention aims to improve the thread guide for cross-thread winding machines. It is characterized by the fact that the circular guidance is often used by means of a slotted drum or similar means or in the longitudinal direction of the Kötzers and reciprocating guidance in a reciprocating motion perpendicular to the Kötzer axis is converted.
For this purpose the thread guide is as The backdrop is inclined to the Kötzer and moved back and forth across the Kötzer, which is open on one side and allows the thread to be inserted without the guide except
This has over the known facilities have the following advantages: In the newer, working with cross windings The thread is fed back and forth 400 to 5oo times per minute.
At this speed, however, the thread can only follow the leader if the latter is with him the leading point is always only a very short distance from the Kötzer. This is the case in the present invention, as can be seen from FIGS. the hitherto known reciprocating thread guides all move in the longitudinal direction of the Kötzers and must therefore keep a certain distance from the Kötzers, whereby they are useless for Kreuzkötzerspulmaschinen.
In a known thread guide of this type, the thread guide is used to avoid this Evil condition by a spring always ari the Kötzer pressed according to the inclination of the Kötzerspitze. This pressing is necessary because otherwise the guide would not follow the sloping Kötzers, but has the disadvantage that sensitive yarns are unfavorable due to the strong friction to be influenced. These defects are avoided by the circular thread guide. However, these have the disadvantage that the thread can only be inserted when they are out of operation. These Thread guides are therefore set up so that when the spindle is stopped, the thread guide is also set up is stopped.
This connection of spindle and thread guide is very cumbersome and expensive and subject to severe wear and tear. These circling guides also require theirs Heavy because of a significant driving force.
This also changes with the thread guides swinging in the longitudinal direction of the Kötzers Distance between the point guiding the thread and the Kötzer axis.
The present invention now combines the simplicity and cheapness of the old, in the Longitudinal direction of the Kötzers swinging or back and forth thread guide with the safe guidance of the circular thread guide.
In Figs. 1 to 5, the essential parts of a winding machine are in connection with the new thread guide shown.
Fig. ι ist eine Spulmaschine bekannter Bauart. Ι is a winder of known type. On the main shaft 1 is for each spindle a traction sheave 2 is arranged. On this rests the plate 3, which by means of the sleeve 4 in is guided in a bearing and carries the spindle head 5 at the top. The plate 3 is made by friction taken and thereby the spindle 6 with the Kötzer 7 is set in rotation. The Kötzer 7
Diese Stange ist mit dem Schlitten 12 verschraubt, der seine Bewegung durch die schräg zur Achse stehende Treibscheibe 13 erhält.lies with one side on the cone 8 and is lifted with each new thread layer, see above that the thread guide always moving in one plane 9 always new parts of the Kötzers covered with thread. The thread guide 9 is fastened with the foot 10 on the drive rod ii. This rod is screwed to the carriage 12, its movement through the oblique to the axis standing traction sheave 13 receives.
In order to absorb the centrifugal force of the moving masses in the end positions and to make them usable again after the movement has been reversed, two springs 14 and i4 fl are arranged in a known manner. This prevents the machine from shaking and reduces power consumption to the lowest possible level.
Fig. Ι shows the thread guide in the right end position. FIG. 2 is a side view of the sucker with the thread guide, seen from the line AB of FIG. It shows that the thread guide almost touches the Kötzer both below and above. The solid line 15 is the thread to be wound up in its uppermost position when the thread guide has reached its right end position (FIG. 1). The broken line 15 * is the thread in its lowest position when the thread guide has reached its left end position. Fig. 3, 4 and 5 show the Kötzer with the thread guide in natural size and at the same time in other versions. Fig. 3a is a side view of the sucker with the thread guide. Fig. 3b is a different embodiment, insofar as the link has a curved shape in order, if necessary, to give the thread an acceleration in its end positions without increasing the speed of the guide rod in these positions.
The solid Fig. 3b and the dotted Fig. 3c show the thread guide in its two end positions Γ where the line CD indicates the path which the thread travels. Fig. 5 is an arrangement for moving the thread guides individually. These slide on a fixed guide rail, and a special inclined traction sheave is arranged for each guide sliding on this rail.
A slightly different version is shown in Fig. 4. The arrangement of the guide to the Kötzer and its effect is the same as in the previous figures, only becomes the leader not moved back and forth parallel to itself, but swung out by the yarn guide rod going back and forth, whereby the Thread is passed up and down.
