Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Befestigen eines Arbeits­ kolbens auf der Kolbenstange eines Arbeitszylinders. Es ist bekannt, nach dem Positionieren eines Arbeitskolbens oder ähnlichen Teils auf einer Kolbenstange, letztere mittels Widerstandserhitzens beid­ seitig des Kolbens stark zu erwärmen. Anschließend wird eine Druck­ kraft auf die beiden Kolbenstangenenden ausgeübt, wodurch an den Stirnflächen des Arbeitskolbens Schweißwulste entstehen, welche ihn auf der Kolbenstange verankern (Zeitschrift "The Iron Age", 18. Durch weiteres radiales Zustellen der Drück­ rollen werden dann Wulste 5 aufgeworfen und an den Arbeits­ kolben angedrückt, der nun absolut fest und dicht auf der Kol­ benstange fixiert ist. Bei diesem Vorgang wird die Kolben­ stange in eine rotierende Bewegung versetzt.
